Sir Alan Sugar’s helper Nick Hewer has blasted Apprentice reject Howard Ebison for lacking in “courage and flair”.

“When I asked if he thought he was a ‘brave warrior’ his face betrayed, I thought, the realisation that he is, in fact, lacking in ambition and courage – something Sir Alan has in spades,” the former PR boss told The Mirror.

“He’s a decent young man but is destined for now to remain in middle management because he lacks that vital entrepreneurial flair.”

The Apprentice: Howard Ebison Is Fired

Howard Ebison has become the latest candidate to be fired by Sir Alan Sugar after he accused him of being “ordinary” and not taking enough risks.

On last night’s Apprentice show the teams were required to pick four items each and then sell them on a TV shopping channel during one of their primetime slots. SAS was initially impressed with Ignite and their choices of products. He liked the chip fryer, air guitar toy and expensive leather jackets though no one could quite understand why anyone would choose to sell the creepy looking cat and dog figures.

The Apprentice Heads To Margate

On this week’s Apprentice, Sir Alan Sugar sends his bunch of useless candidates to Margate where they must market the town as a tourist destination. No doubt the neighbouring seaside resort of Ramsgate were rubbing their hands with glee.

The clip over the jumshows Howard and and Debra casting for their same sex photoshoot, after their team decided that the Pink Pound was one to capitalise on.

The Apprentice candidate Mona Lewis has become embroiled in a homophobic scandal during filming for the BBC TV show.

According to the Sunday Mirror, the row began when Sir Alan Sugar set a task for the teams to create a new image for the seaside town of Margate.

Howard Ebison suggested rebranding the location as a gay resort, but Lewis rejected the idea saying that she would not like her six-year-old son to meet a homosexual man.

An insider told the newspaper: “Howard did very well to keep his cool as he was extremely offended. He had to put up with a certain amount of homophobic abuse when he was growing up, so this really upset him.

The Apprentice 2009: Boys Win, But They’re All Bloody Idiots

apprentice 2009

OMG!!! Sir Alan Sugar appeared on The One Show tonight saying that this years bunch of Apprentice candidates are his best yet, but to me they look like a bunch of bumbling idiots.

Their first task consisted of Sir Alan providing them with a van and some cleaning materials (all of which they paid for out of their budget). They then had to clean some stuff and make as much money as they could in just one day.

The girls in particular astounded me by trying to charge £300 to clean three cars! When the customer pointed out that his current cleaner does the job for £60, Mona Lewis told him he was wrong and basically implied that he was a liar. They landed the contract in the end but after dropping their price dramatically they then had to summon their customer to help them work the pressure washer.
