I’m A Celebrity bosses are said to be planning a kidnap on Thursday night of this week.

The show producers are planning a shock ‘terrorist plot’ in which two unlucky celebs will be captured and kept in a dark den filled with rats and creepy crawlies.

Two new celebrities will be making their way into camp on Thursday night when they are captured, but the decision will be left to the original contestants as to whether to pay their ransom or not!

A show source told the newspaper: “They will be given meagre rations of rice and beans and no luxuries whatsoever while they are away from camp over a number of nights.

“Ransom notes will be sent to the rest of the campers, who will be forced to forfeit luxury items, food rations and clothing to get their teammates back. It could be enough to push some of the contestants over the edge.”

King of the jungle, Christopher Biggins, has admitted that he would love to host his very own TV show.

“I would very much like to have my own series. And I would like to think I have shown those in high positions in television and in the industry there is more to Christopher Biggins other than just a pantomime dame,” he told the Sunday Mirror.

“I mean a pantomime dame is a very important part of my life. I love it. I adore it. I work very hard. And it’s great.

“But in a way, if I’m honest, I wanted to show people by going into the jungle that there is another side to me. I think I have proved that – even if it was by eating kangaroo b******s!”

I would love to see Biggins back on TV. If some TV exec out there is seriously considering letting Jade Goody back onto our screens, then surely someone will snap up Christopher Biggins?

The final three contestants were Christopher Biggins, Janice Dickinson and Jay Brown.

For a moment, I thought ‘Sicknote’ Biggins would be exempt from winning on medical grounds – he certainly seemed to be when it came to the Bushtucker challenges!

All the same, Biggins took on the final Bushtucker challange with great gusto – eating a gruesome final meal consisting of cockroaches, kangaroo testicles and grubs.

I don’t know what you thought of Biggins before I’m A Celebrity, but this show has a way of bringing out the best in people. Certainly, the guy has a lot more strength of character and charisma than I ever gave him credit for.

Watching him back on his various trials, he was unwavering in his determination to get involved. Certainly when compared with Janice Dickinson.

The lastest I’m A Celebrity evictee, John Burton Race, has confirmed rumours that Marc and Cerys did sneak off to the camps medical hut for a bit of a romp.

“There were times the pair disappeared off together,” the chef said, cryptically adding “I know what I know. There were things the viewers wouldn’t have seen or heard in there.” John went on to say “Relationships are formed. And if you want to talk privately, you put your hand over your mic.”

The future of ITV reality TV show, I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, has been thrown into chaos by a poison scare.

It is just three weeks before the show kicks off and bosses have discovered that the area they had earmarked for jungle camp has been contaminated by a toxic insecticide.

Officials from the Department of Environment and Climate Change carried out tests and found the area had been mysteriously polluted.

Boss Laurence Orel said: “We’re still investigating the case. When we work out the cause we’ll be able to look at ways to rehabilitate the area.

“But at this stage we’re advising people not to draw water out of the creek or eat any fish caught there.”

A source on the show told the Daily Star Sunday: “It’s a nightmare. No one saw this kind of problem coming our way.” 

A spokesman for the local Tweed Shire Council said: “This was done by a private contractor on private property.”

Last night an ITV spokeswoman said: “Dungay Creek runs through the land where I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is filmed.

“Investigations are ongoing. The show will be going ahead as planned.

“We cannot comment further until the ­outcome of these ­investigations is available.”

The worlds most famous heiress, Paris Hilton, is said to have agreed to take part in the reality TV show, ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ 2007.

Paris is said to have been offered £500,00 to take part, and is currently on standby to fly out to Australia next month.

The source tells the Daily Star: “She’s terrified of bugs and snakes but she is willing to give this a go to show the world she isn’t just a party animal.

“Appearing in the jungle is hard work – it’s really tough, especially for someone like Paris, so she wants to be well rewarded.”

Other celebrities rumoured to appear are Richard Fairbrass from Right Said Fred and Sex Pistols supreme Malcolm McLaren.
