I’m A Celebrity has once again won the ‘Best Reality TV Show’ award at this year’s National Television Awards.
During the ceremony on London’s O2 Arena, it was announced that the hit ITV series was up against The Only Way Is Essex, Come Dine With Me and The Apprentice in it’s category and it was hardly a shock when Ant and Dec triumphed again, having earlier won the gong for ‘Best Entertainment Presenter.’

Emily Scott may have admitted that she fancied Mark Wright in the I’m a Celebrity jungle, but it seems that the TOWIE star doesn’t reciprocate her feelings.
Maybe the Australian model was hoping for a showmance and a few lucrative magazine spreads on her and her new jungle love, but it isn’t to be, after Wright told The Sun that he has no interest in the blonde beauty beyond friendship.

The time is here. After 20 days in the jungle the I’m A Celebrity finale is taking place with Mark & Dougie battling it out for the crown. We’ve seen cockroaches up the nose, scantily clad celebrities and the usual disgusting trials, but it’s now coming to a close, and I can’t believe how quickly it has all gone by!
So, we expect fighting, competitive attitudes and sly looks between the lads, right? Hell no! The bromance is stronger than ever, and in my eyes, it’s the sweetest bromance that has ever been shown on television. I now pronounce them, Markgie.

Dougie Poynter has been crowned the king of the jungle this evening.
The result of the three week long series was revealed on ITV1 tonight, after the final two contestants – Dougie and Mark Wright – indulged in the traditionally awful eating challenge, during which they ingested eyeballs, penises and lots of gooey awfulness.
For once they both manned up and although both men moaned a little – we would expect nothing else – they did complete the challenge, even if they did have to hurl over the side of the rope bridge on their way back to camp.

Mark Wright and Dougie Poynter yesterday faced their final I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker trial ever together called The Final Party, where they would play for their last supper in the jungle. If they completed each round successfully they would win a starter, a main course, a dessert plus a drink to swish it all down with. At their farewell dinner party they would be served eight Bushtucker dinner courses that would be four dishes each. Each dish they ate was worth one starter, main meal, pudding or drink. They could pass on a dish but they would lose whatever that course was worth.

Antony Cotton and Fatima Whitbread faced the double eviction on last night’s I’m A Celebrity, which meant Mark Wright and Dougie Poynter would be facing this evening’s grand finale together. The boys chatted about their excitement and couldnt hide their joy of being in the final showdown together:
Expressing his elation, Mark said:
“Dougie man! We smashed it Doug together! Became great friends and made it to the final together, oh my god how do I always know these things? I love you mate. We’ve come this far together and its phenomenal, its like a dream come true.”

Fatima Whitbread may not have been a voters favourite in I’m A Celebrity, but the former Olympian admitted that the experience has totally changed her life.
The mum of one gushed about her time in the jungle on last night’s show, saying:
“Jungle life has been the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had, I have a hard exterior but underneath I’m a softie. In the beginning everyone is tense you put up walls to protect yourself. The trials have been the best thing for me and failure wasn’t an option. The most memorable trial was when I got the cockroach stuck up my nose, it was a bit scary, I was concerned after a time and I was hoping it would come out but first a small meal worm came out but I could feel its little legs, it was itchy and tickling and my sinus was playing up and I felt nauseous and dizzy I tried to get rid of it.”
