Kate Garraway is to be reunited with her Strictly Come Dancing partner Anton du Beke in the New Year for a new series on GMTV.

Anton will take part in the station`s popular diet and fitness series – Inch-Loss Island when it returns for two weeks from January 14th, so, if you`ve had one too many mince pies, can`t fit into your favourite jeans and want to banish the Christmas bulge then help is at hand!

Kate Garraway will present Inch-Loss and will be joined by four top experts and four female volunteers on a remote island cut off from the outside world. The four experts will counsel the castaways and help them change their eating and exercise habits for life.

Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton will cook up healthy mouth-watering menus and celebrity fitness guru Mark Anthony puts them through their paces each day. Life coach, Pete Cohen, joins the team for daily one-to-one counselling and Dr Hilary Jones brings medical help and advice. Anton du Beke will teach the recruits, and Kate, a special dance routine!
