Fans of Big Brother will know that the seemingly annual race row kicked off a few days ago after housemate Jemima Slade said she wouldn’t “date a black guy” which her fellow housemate Gina Rio took exception to and challenged her over…

Fans of Dancing On Ice star Chloe Madeley may recall that a few weeks ago, she revealed that after doctors found she had pre-cancerous cells on her ovaries, she underwent potentially lifesaving treatment…
And this weekend, Chloe has revealed that it was the plight of tragic Big Brother star Jade Goody – who died of cervical cancer in 2009 – that prompted her to seek out tests that would indicate the signs of cancers, despite being young and therefore not usually considered in the ‘at risk’ category. As fans of former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes will know, she’s been dating Jack Tweed, who of course married another BB star, Jade Goody, just weeks before she died of cervical cancer on Mother’s Day in 2009 aged just 27…
And as we reported a few weeks ago, Chanelle lashed out at Jack on Twitter after he said “Nobody can replace Jade” during a magazine interview.
However, it seems his emotional appearance on The Jeremy Kyle show yesterday, in which he talked about life following Jade’s death – and in which he described the star’s final moments – was the last straw for Chanelle, and she dumped Jack shortly afterwards. Read more & comment »

It’s been revealed today that the £1million that tragic Big Brother star Jade Goody left in trust for her sons Bobby and Jack has been claimed by the taxman, leaving the boys with nothing.
Jade had left the money for the boys to ensure that they had a private education, however, the Inland Revenue “hammered her estate with a crippling bill” which trustees have branded as “heartless”. Read more & comment »

Former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes has reportedly vented her frustration on Twitter over a remark her boyfriend Jack Tweed made about his ex-wife, tragic cancer victim Jade Goody…
The drama began when Jack – who fans will recall went into the Celebrity Big Brother house with Jade in 2007, the year of the racism debacle – said of Jade, who died on Mother’s Day in 2009, “No-one could ever replace her.”
Chanelle then took to Twitter to remark, “No-one could replace her. Of course. Thanks.” Read more & comment »

It’s been reported today that Education Secretary Michael Gove “stunned Westminster” last night by stating that his planned school reforms were inspired by the late Jade Goody.
Jade of course passed away on Mother’s Day in 2009 aged just 27 having shot to fame following her time in the Big Brother house and subsequently in the Celebrity Big Brother house, where she sparked controversy having made what were deemed to be racist remarks to fellow contestant, Shilpa Shetty. Bizarre former model Paula Hamilton has sparked outrage behind the scenes of Celebrity Big Brother after telling her fellow housemates that Jade Goody died because of the “negativity” that trailed her after her appearances on the show.
And as if that wasn’t controversial enough, Paula told fellow housemate Lacey Banghard that if she’s first out during Wednesday night’s eviction show, it’ll be because she’s “hated” by the public.
Paula told Lacey, “Just pass me the razor blades.”

Today Sky Living announced a powerful one-off documentary looking at the aftermath of Jade’s legacy. Jade’s Legacy: The Fight Goes On, which comes to the channel on 7 June at 8pm, examines the disease which claimed the star’s life.
Commemorating the tragic death of Jade Goody in 2009 from the disease, this moving documentary charts the battles of remarkable women at various stages of cervical cancer. Produced by Smoking Pony and with the help from charities Eve Appeal, Jo’s Trust and Macmillan, Sky Living looks at how three years after Jade’s death many women are once again foregoing life-saving tests.

Jeff Brazier on ITV's Dancing On Ice
Jeff Brazier reportedly took his two young sons to Jade Goody’s grave today for Mother’s Day.
The reality TV star lost her battle to cervical cancer exactly two years ago and her sons, Bobby, seven, and six-year-old Freddy will bring flowers to the cemetary with their dad.
Talking of his plans for the poignant day, Jeff said: “I’m going to watch Bobby play football on Sunday morning and we’re going to go out for something to eat at a lovely place called Matching Green, it’s my favourite little village in Essex.
