Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has claimed that he picks up new fashion and style tips on the London tube.

The new This Morning style expert told The Sun: “There’s nothing better than to see what everyday people are wearing. It’s the best way to get tips.

“I’m going to New York next week and I’ll be doing the same then.”

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has expressed his surprise that Ray Quinn has landed the role of Danny Zuko in the West End production of Grease.

The Sun quoted Jason as saying: “Oh my God, he’s been cast as Danny? That’s a ridiculous casting, he’s going to look like a munchkin. Danny’s supposed to be a hunk. Ray’s so small! A four-foot Danny is just ridiculous. Ray’s wonderful, but that’s absurd.”

Jason did concede that he thought the former X Factor contestant was the right winner of the ice show, saying it was “very well-deserved”.

Bookies are touting Ray Quinn as a cert to win the series, however Jason thinks that the high wire routine may help Jessica gain much needed points.

Jason told The Sun said: “Women tend to look better in the air than men.

“Though I’m sure Ray will be amazing, Jess could beat him on the night.”

He mentioned last years final as an example of what can go wrong on the night. On last years show Chris Fountain had been expected to win from day one but on the night lost out to former Hear’say singer Suzanne Shaw.

Jason said: “Chris was the clear winner — but on the night, Suzanne was better.

“It is not always a foregone conclusion.”

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has questioned the credentials of Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan saying he knows nothing about performing.

“I’m sorry but what does Piers Morgan know about performing?” Jason told Heat.

“I’ve met Piers and he’s a great guy, but he has made some fatally wrong decisions. He doesn’t know what he is talking about.

“I would have liked to have been a judge on Britain’s Got Talent.”

The icy judge then turned his sharp tongue on the Strictly Come Dancing panel.

“I think that the whole panel has become a bit of a parody,” he said. “I do think Len is very good, though. He knows his stuff and he’s charming and witty.

“Whereas I’m not necessarily convinced that, say, Bruno Tonioli is keeping it real.”

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has claimed that Jessica Taylor is too boring to win this years Dancing On Ice series.

Jessica may be the top scoring girl on the show but Jason claims that she hasn’t got enough charisma to win over the public or the judges.

Jason told The Sun: “She can’t rely on the judges to get her through. If she made a mistake in a skate-off we’d boot her out.

“Jess is quiet and shy — and she’s not endearing herself to the public. There has to be an edge. People have GOT to like you. It’s a popularity competition as much as anything and it’s the public you need to win over.”

Kerry Katona has hit out at Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner after he claimed he would leave the show if bosses hired Kerry.

Katona told The Daily Star Sunday that Gardiner’s comments “show just how weak he is”.

She added: “He would not dare mess with me like he does the others, so maybe bosses should book me and then he would meet his match.”

Can I please BEG ITV bosses to ignore Kerry’s pleas. If Kerry was hired for the show I dare say that Jason’s resignation would be the least of ITV’s problems. I imagine that viewers would also tune out in their millions……I know I would!

Ok, so I’m loving tonight’s Dancing On Ice extravaganza, but I have to say Jason Gardiner’s sickly sweet comments are making me a bit ill!

He loved Jessica Taylor, and after telling her how wooden she was all series tonight he thinks her performance was full of emotion. Worse still he brimmed over with praise for Roxanne Pallett who up until this point has been his sworn enemy.

The Emmerdale actress can still barely skate unaided so I have no idea why he gushed so much tonight. Could he be influenced by the fact that he and his caustic tongue are currently being investigated by OFCOM? Surely not

Dancing On Ice contestant Coleen  Nolan has been c0mplaining that since she started on the ITV show, her partner has been slowly turning into acid tongued Jason Gardiner.

Jason is currently being investigated by OFCOM for his nasty on screen remarks and Coleen Nolan has admitted that when she is at home her husband Ray critiques her performance in much the same way.

“Ray is just loving the show although I have to admit he’s now turned into Jason Gardiner,” Nolan told The Mirror. “It’s so bad it’s like I’m actually living with Jason.

“He tells me everything I do wrong. He says things like: ‘No you’re great, you’ve just got to bend those legs, get more speed and sometimes you look really scared’.

“So I’m like: ‘Ray, I am scared. I can’t bend my knees because my knees are knackered and I can’t get more speed because I might fall and I don’t want to’.”

Television watchdog OFCOM have revealed that they will be launching an investigation into insults made by Jason Gardiner on last weeks Dancing On Ice TV show.

The body received a number of complaints after Gardiner branded Roxanne pallet a  “Cabbage Patch doll” and compared Ellery Hanley to “Mr. Potato Head”.

“We have received a handful of complaints following last Sunday’s show and we will investigate them,” an Ofcom spokesman told the Daily Star.

A Dancing On Ice spokesperson said: “During the Dancing On Ice ’80s special on Sunday, Jason Gardiner gave feedback to a number of the celebrities. In his critique of Roxanne and Ellery, Jason compared them to particular toy characters.

“This was not meant offensively and was intended to be in the spirit of the themed show.”

Finally! Something which the nation and Jason Gardiner agree on, their detest for reality TV star Kerry Katona.

In a typically honest interview with The Sun, Dancing On Ice’s Jason Gardiner has revealed that he would leave the show if ITV bosses signed up Kerry Katona.

He said: “We’ve had some rude and very annoying people on the show but Kerry would sink us to an all new low.”

Jason thinks that show bosses should be shooting for much bigger stars for the ITV show: “We should be aiming for someone like Victoria Beckham, not Kerry at the other end of the scale.”
