Playing for three deserts on tonight’s I’m A Celebrity, Jimmy White was locked into a chamber with leg irons, handcuffs and a waist belt. Five keys were dropped into the chamber and Jimmy had to unlock each of the padlocks on each of his arms, legs and waist.

The first three locks successfully freed would provide a desert for each of the celebrities and if he unlocked the remaining two it would provide two personal treats. And Jimmy was not going to be alone in the chamber…

As we’d expected, Jimmy White was the first person to leave tonight’s I’m A Celebrity final show. The snooker legend finished in third place, leaving Kim Woodburn and Gino D’Acampo to battle it out for the crown.

I’m A Celebrity contestant Jimmy White faced his first Bush Tucker Trail and had to overcome his fear to win food for his camp mates. Hosts Ant & Dec asked the snooker player is he had a fear of heights and he replied, “a little bit, so if I start screaming you’ll know why.”

Professional snooker player Jimmy ‘Whirlwind’ White is planning on using his competitive personality to win I’m a Celebrity.

Jimmy says: “I’m obviously very competitive when I’m playing snooker so it is a competition so I will try and win, I will try and use a few strategies of, you know, staying composed. I shall be going in there to try and win it for sure.”

Jimmy has no idea how he’s going to cope with the great outdoors, though. When his six-year-old son wanted to camp overnight in the garden Jimmy went along with it but soon missed his home comforts.

Snooker star Jimmy White is rumoured to have signed up for for this year’s I’m A Celebrity.

“Jimmy is a proper character who has been around the block a few times,” a source told The Sun. “He will be great value in the jungle as he tells it like it is and isn’t afraid to wind people up.”
