Jonathan Ross has admitted that he loves reality TV but claimed that he as much as he would like to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house, he couldn’t because his wife would never allow it.
The chat show host told The Sun’s TV Buzz:
“I like reality TV. The only reason I won’t go in the Big Brother house is because Jane [his wife] wouldn’t let me.”

Jonathan Ross and Holly Willoughby have hit out at X Factor judge Kelly Rowland, admitting that they think she pulled a sicky to miss the weekend’s live shows.
The Destinys Child star claimed to be stuck in America, after contracting a throat infection and being advised by doctors not to fly back to the UK last week. She was replaced on the live shows by Alexandra Burke but phoned in last night, to cast her vote after the results show sing off.
As she croaked and struggled to speak and broke into a fit of coughing while on air, ITV chat show host Ross tweeted:

Jonathan Ross has confirmed that he will host the new ‘Big Brother’.
The legendary presenter – who quit his BBC chat show ‘Friday Night With Jonathan Ross’ earlier this year – and his company Hotsauce TV have signed a multi-million pound deal with ‘Big Brother’ creators Endemol to make a string of reality TV shows in the UK.
First in line will be ‘Big Brother’ replacement ‘The Golden Cage’, which follows a similar format to the long-running Channel 4 series and will see contestants move into a luxury villa and live millionaire lifestyles while competing against each other to win trips outside the house.

Jonathan Ross has given his backing to controversial X Factor contestant Katie Waissel.
The TV presenter took to Twitter to reveal that both he and script-writing wife Jane Goldman like the 24 year old singer and asked the media to give her a break from all the negative attention.

Cheryl Cole has issued an apology to her fans, after she pulled out of a planned appearance on Jonathan Ross’s chat show.
Cheryl had been due to perform her new single ‘Parachute’ on tonight’s show, but canceled her slot after reportedly developing a bout of bronchitis. We think it may have more to do with the presence of Cheryl’s arch enemy Charlotte Church in the green room.

Cheryl Cole has pulled out of a planned appearance on the Jonathan Ross show this Friday night.
The X Factor judge has cited a case of bronchitis as the reason for canceling, but we think it has more to do with the fact that Charlotte Church had been booked for the same show.

X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has reportedly agreed to give her first post separation interview to BBC’s Jonathan Ross.
The ‘Parachute’ singer announced this week that she was splitting from her cheating husband Ashley Cole and The Sun reports that she intends to spill the beans on the whole affair to Jonathan Ross for his BBC One chat show. She will reportedly make her appearance on March 12th 2010.

Chatshow host Jonathan Ross has revealed today, that he wants Channel 4 to reconsider their decision to axe Celebrity Big Brother.
Writing on his Twitter page, the star said: “Am I alone in thinking that Channel 4 should keep CBB going? This is not me looking for work btw !! But it’s a fun show….who’s yer fave ?”

A report in today’s Independent claims that Andrew Sachs – who was of course subject to a ‘prank call’ from Jonathon Ross and Russell Brand – has himself pulled a similar stunt.
Just as the fuss over Call-Gate was beginning to die down, the paper claims that in the ‘80s, Sachs was a guest on his son’s radio show for Swansea Sound when a prank call was made to a member of the public.
Apparently, Sachs pretended to be the woman’s “long lost uncle” from Australia and during the call, he told the unsuspecting lady that he’d left Australia after “some trouble with the police” and went on to joke that he’d buried some jewels under a tree in a park. Read more & comment »

Channel 4 comedian Alan Carr has admitted that he, Jonathan Ross and Gok Wan all got very emotional whilst filming for this years Comic Relief Does The Apprentice.
Alan told MSN: “You’re up at 7am then you’ve got to go to bed at 11pm and there’s no outside contact,” he said. “So you know when you see them crying on the show and you go ‘you wuss’… but my god there were bits, I don’t know if they kept it in but I was choked, Gok was upset, Jonathan Ross was a bit.”
