Interview with Junior Apprentice winner Arjun Rajyagor

For the past five weeks, 10 young candidates from over the UK have faced an education like no other as they embarked on a series of tough tasks that pushed their business skills to the limit. The tasks were challenging, demanding and tough – and there could only ever be one winner.

17 year old A-Level student Arjun Rajyagor, beat off stiff competition from nine other talented teens to land the title Junior Apprentice and access to a £25,000 fund, which will go towards kick-starting his business career. Arjun becomes the first ever Junior Apprentice and will now continue to concentrate on his education before developing his future career.

Lord Alan Sugar has admitted that he almost quit TV for good, before the Junior Apprentice was commissioned. After growing weary of the Apprentice format, the Amstrad boss says that the teenage version has breathed a new lease of life into the show and reignited his passion for the search for a protégé.

Hannah Cherry fired from Junior Apprentice

Last night saw Hannah Cherry as the fourth teenager to be fired from BBC’s Junior Apprentice show.

Hannah struggled during a difficult art selling task, where instead of taking the lead or showing her innovative nature, the schoolgirl followed Tim around like a puppy and took notes like his submissive secretary. Her team ‘Instinct’ sold only £2,247.30 of art compared to Revolution’s £6,005

Hibah Ansary thinks Zoe Plummer will win Junior Apprentice

Outgoing Apprentice candidate Hibah Ansary has revealed that she is backing 16 year old Zoe Plummer to win the show.

Hibah, 16, was fired by Lord Alan Sugar last night, after her team lost their camping task. She told The Sun that she thinks Zoe, who pitched their product during sales meetings, has what it takes to win the show.

Hibah Ansary fired from Junior Apprentice

16 year old Hibah Ansary has become the latest teenager to face the wrath of Lord Alan Sugar and get fired from BBC’s Junior Apprentice.

Although she led the girls team ‘Revolution’ to victory on last week’s cheese selling task, Hibah failed to shine during tonight’s camping challenge. The London A Level student was brought into the boardroom by team leader Adam Eliaz, because she pushed her idea of a games table too hard and apparently weakened their (already crap) cardboard product.

Former Apprentice candidate Kate Walsh has warned this year’s teenage bunch, not to get romantically involved in the house.

Blonde bombshell Kate, who now presents Live From Studio Five, truly believes that her relationship with ‘Pants Man’ Philip Taylor, cost her the top job at Sir Alan Sugar’s company.

Jordan De Courcy is fired from Junior Apprentice

Jordan De Courcy became the first youth to be fired from Lord Alan Sugar’s Junior Apprentice show.

The Irish teenager set up his first business when he was 12, and now runs a juice bar in Dublin. He was seen being fired by Sugar on last night’s BBC show, after volunteering to lead the boys team in a cheese selling task which ended in disaster. While the girls team finished the task almost £146 in profit, the boys led by Jordan made a loss of more than £200.

Junior Apprentice: Alan Sugar sent his son to work in MCDonalds

Apprentice boss Lord Alan Sugar has revealed that despite being a very wealthy man, when his son wanted some pocket money at the age of 17, he sent him to get a part time job in McDonalds.

In an interview with The Sun, Sugar revealed that he wanted his children to have some concept of the value of money. He said:

Lord Alan Sugar’s has reportedly reduced some of his young candidates to tears, on his brand new series of Junior Apprentice.
