Jason Gardiner is said to be furious with Karen Barber and has demanded that she apologise to him before Sunday’s Dancing On Ice final.
After their recent spat, Jason claimed that not only was he not told off by ITV bosses, but added that Karen was given a warning for talking about the incident afterwards. However, in a recent magazine interview she branded him a liar, saying:
“Jason saying I was given a warning was totally untrue. I did nothing wrong, so that wasn’t the case at all.

Christopher Dean has jumped to the defence of his new girlfriend Karen Barber and hit out at Jason Gardiner who recently mocked her on Dancing On Ice.
The former Olympic champion was furious when Gardiner implied that Barber’s opinion no longer matters on the ITV show and said that the dance expert “went too far”.
Speaking of the incident, Christopher said: “Sometimes he crosses the line and that was one of those times. He went too far.”
However, he admitted ‘Dancing On Ice’ on the whole has gone for a harder edge this series as show bosses hoped to “up the game”.

I’m going to be 50 in June and I’m planning a huge party to celebrate,” Dancing On Ice head coach Karen Barber told Closer magazine adding:
“I’ve never felt so good.”
Former Olympic skater Karen has transformed her body in the past year, losing 21/2st in 12 months on the Hay Diet – a plan that recommends not eating carbs with protein. “I was miserable with my body for a long time,” says 5ft 2 Karen, who was 10st 7lbs and a size 12–14. “I’d go shopping and just buy gloves and belts – I was too worried about how I looked to try clothes on!”

The estranged husband of Dancing On Ice Head Coach, Karen Barber, has opened up about his hurt after discovering his wife was having an affair with Olympic Champion skater, Christopher Dean.
Barber, who has been friends with the ITV show star for 30 years, ended her 21 year marriage to Stephen Pickavance (who also works on the ITV show) last May, and insisted that both her’s and Deans marriages were over before anything began between them.

Kyran Bracken wants Dancing On Ice bosses to reinstate Karen Barber to the show’s judging panel.
The rugby champion won the 2007 series of the show with his professional partner Melanie Lambert and said that current judges Emma Bunton and Jason Gardiner don’t have enough knowledge of ice skating to offer a proper critique.
“The whole audience was rocking and that definitely makes a difference with non-skating judges,” he wrote in his Blue Room blog.

Jason Gardiner has admitted that he wasn’t reprimanded or punished by ‘Dancing On Ice‘ bosses after he made cruel remarks to head coach Karen Barber.
The acid-tongued judge outraged viewers – and prompted over 3,500 complaint to ITV and OFCOM – after he told the ice-skating champion that her opinion no longer mattered because she’d been dropped from the panel. However, surprisingly, ITV1 bosses took his side and instead issued Karen with an official warning because she spoke about the row in public.
He said: “My job has never been in question. I adhered to the demands of the bosses not to speak. But Karen did go public.

It had been reported that after he insulted Karen Barber live on air, Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner had been trailed over the coals by ITV bosses.
However, the acid tongued dance expert has claimed that it was Karen and not him who was reprimanded by producers, after she disobeyed their orders and gave an interview on the furore to a national newspaper.
Speaking to The News Of The World, Gardiner said that while he acknowledges he may have overstepped the mark when he told Karen her opinions no longer matter on the show, he was never threatened with the sack or even warned about his behaviour.

Comedy Dave Vitty has hit out at ‘Dancing On Ice’ judge Jason Gardiner and his comments to head coach Karen Barber.
The Radio 1 DJ was eliminated from the ITV1 show on Sunday night, after finding himself in the bottom two with troubled reality TV star Kerry Katona and in an interview with Bang Showbiz he claimed that Jason “overstepped the mark” when he told the skating champion that her opinion didn’t matter.

After spending 30 years as friends, Karen Barber has finally confirmed she’s fallen for ice pal Christopher Dean.
The Dancing On Ice head coach – snapped last month kissing Christopher just weeks after announcing she’d ended her 21-year marriage to skating coach Stephen Pickavance – admits her feelings for the Olympic skater have changed.
Speaking for the first time about the romance, Karen, 49, tells this week’s Closer magazine: “Chris and I are happy, but we’re taking things slowly. We found ourselves at the end of our marriages and a great friendship turned into something else.”
