The 66 year old dog trainer was seen wowing the judges on Saturday night’s opening episode, with her two massively talented dogs Mega and Biba. You can watch the full video of her canine dance routine below.

David Hasselhoff thought Donelda’s was the ‘best dog act yet,’ while Amanda Holden called the routine ‘flawless.’ However, speaking on This Morning, Britain’s Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern said he doesn’t think she will do as well as Kate and Gin.

He told Eamonn Holmes:

Honestly, I can’t see an animal act beating Kate and Gin and I know that was a few years ago now but if you have one dog, two dogs, I don’t see it happening.

Kate and Gin – consisting of Kate Nicholas, from Norbury, Cheshire and her dancing Border Collie, 6 year old Gin – shot to fame following their appearances on the second series of Britain’s Got Talent in 2008. Since the show, the duo have appeared publicly and published a book, Kate and Gin, about dog training. Kate and Gin are currently performing in pantomimes.

Britain’s Got Finalist, Gin the dog, is under close guard today, as fears rise that she could fall foul of dogknappers, wanting to make a few pounds by ransoming the owners of the newly famous pooch.

Gin’s owner Kate is said to behind all the security.

“She and her family are going to extraordinary lengths to keep Gin safe,” a source told the Daily Star. “Kate cannot bear the thought of anything happening to Gin – she’s her best friend and soulmate. She can’t bear the thought of someone harming Gin or stealing her.

“Until Britain’s Got Talent came around, Gin was happy sleeping outside in her kennel with the family’s other dogs. But she’s too valuable for that now. She’s become one of the hottest showbusiness properties around. There are a lot of cranks out there who might try to steal such a talented dog and hold her to ransom, or do her harm. Kate won’t take her eyes off her until the final’s safely out of the way.”
