Former tabloid royalty Katie Price and Peter Andre have reportedly agreed to be seen in public together again.

The couple first met in the I’m A Celebrity jungle, married, had two children together and then split in May 2009. The split was not amicable and both parties criticised the other in the press, often questioning each other’s parenting skills and choice of partners.

However insiders claim they are ready to put all the acrimony behind them and start functioning as a family again.

Sources claim the pair will reunite over Christmas – for the sake of their children – but insist there will be no romance involved.

A family friend told The Sun: “They’re ready to move forward together and have discussed being seen in public again.

“It’ll be day trips with the children – working things out generally and taking those important steps to improve the relationship.”

The source added: “It’s not romantic – but they know there’ll be speculation.”

Peter recently admitted that he still cares for his ex wife and speaking to Piers Morgan on his ITV chat show he confessed:

“I love her as the mother of my kids. We’re building bridges to try and be friends.”

The former glamour model even tweeted her ex-husband before he returned to the Australian jungle, to take part in ITV’s I’m A Celebrity….a sure sing that things ware thawing between the pair.

Pete previously claimed that he and Price would never reunite, but then who could tell what these two would do if the money and the magazine deal was right?

Katie Price has had an attack of the green eyed monster and after seeing her ex-husband Peter Andre returning to the jungle last week, she wants to give it a go again.

The reality TV star has confessed that she would love to make a comeback on I’m A Celebrity….Get Me Out Of Here, where she first met Andre in 2004.

The mum of three walked off the show when she returned in 2009, but after seeing Pete take on a bushtucker trial at the weekend, she thinks she’s ready to return to the ITV show.

She said on Daybreak yesterday:

“I’d do it again. I’d so go back in and I’d stay in this time. It’s hard work but I love doing it.”

Peter Andre is about to enter the I’m A Celebrity jungle and before he made his big return, he received a surprising message of support.

Relations between Pete and his ex-wife Katie Price have been frosty since their breakup in 2009, however yesterday the busty model tweeted him and insinuated that they are now on better terms.

She wrote:

‘@mrpeterandre good luck in OZ and remember what I said.’

The ITV show has a certain history for the couple of course, as they both met on the 2004 series and got married a year later. Katie and Peter went on to have two children together, before splitting two years ago.

Peter will appear as a special guest and not as a campmate this time round, but he insisted that he is not looking for love in the outback and told Metro:

‘The last time, I came here single, I ended up walking out and getting married.’

‘This time I’m going to try and stay single.’

We’ve heard that Jessica Wright – who is in Australia to support her brother Mark – might have something to say about that!

Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed that she has started to write her first novel.

The N-Dubz singer has seen her profile rising dramatically this year, after Simon Cowell chose her as one of his all new X Factor judging panel and already the brunette beauty has released her own perfume and is in talks with a whole host of other companies, who want her to lend her face and her name to their brands.

However, it won’t stop there and Tulisa has admitted that she is keen to dip her toe into the waters of the literary world too and has already started penning her first book.

The novel will be based on her own rags to riches story and speaking to You magazine, Tulisa explained:

“I’ve been writing a book. This isn’t me just trying to milk it (cash in), for once, trust me! This is something I’ve wanted to do since I was a kid.

“When I was younger the one thing I was good at was writing stories… So I’d love to take my experience from the council estate and show what that world is like. I’m fully involved in the writing. I’ve storyboarded the whole thing, done a good few pages.”

Katie Price has always loved a good bitch, so where better for her to make her opinions known, than in her very own gossip magazine.

The reality TV star recently released her new one off publication titled simply ‘Katie’ and in the issue, criticised the fashion choices and styling of Cheryl Cole, Tulisa Contostavlos, Holly Willoughby and Nicola Roberts.

Speaking about the purple and orange outfit that Cheryl donned for her first appearance on The X Factor USA, Price said:

“The whole thing is absolutely hideous.

“I don’t know who’s responsible for the outfit and the horrific hair but I hope Cheryl sacked them. It looks like she’s put on weight.”

We’d hardly call Cheryl Cole fat! Strike one against Katie!

She then turned her attention to Cole’s former Girls Aloud bandmate Roberts, saying that she never looks well. Katie continued:

“She always gets it wrong. She is trying to be unique but she doesn’t have the confidence to carry it off.”

The mum of four isn’t a fan of new X Factor judge Contostavlos’ recent change of look either and admitted that she prefers her manky old tracksuits to her new designer dresses, saying:

“From what I know of Tulisa’s style, I much preferred how she used to look, you know, a bit more street.”

Last but not least, Katie directed her insults at “mumsy” Holly Willoughby, adding: “You don’t ever see her looking really sexy, do you?”

Thankfully Katie has never stepped out of the house looking less than perfect. Fashion disasters? Not on your nelly!

Katie Price has insisted that she won’t be entering the Celebrity Big brother house this Thursday night.

The former glamour model and mum of three has done almost every other reality TV show going and rumours had been circulating, suggesting she was about to join the lineup of the revamped Channel 5 series.

It was claimed that she was a last minute addition to the show, after another high profile show pulled out without giving much notice.

A source told The Daily Star:

“No-one saw this coming. The star that has quit was well up for Big Brother because of what it would do for their career. Now they have walked out.

“It’s a big shock and has caused a massive headache for everyone.”

“It was a bolt out of the blue. This star was really on board and very excited about going into the house.”

However, Price took to twitter to deny rumours that she would replace the unreliable celebrity and told her followers that she wouldn’t be able to do the show even if she wanted to, because she’s signed to an exclusive deal with Sky Living. Katie wrote:

“I PROMISE everyone I AM NOT doing big brother I’m away with my family and I’m signed to Sky Living so impossible.

“People should know I don’t lie so I’m telling you again I’m not doing big brother so drop it”

Katie Price has admitted that she is not planning any more plastic surgery in the near future.

The former glamour model has previously had liposuction, a number of boob jobs and a ridiculous amount of botox, but speaking to The Sun’s Buzz magazine, she now claims that she is done with the cosmetic procedures….for now!

The mum of three said:

“I don’t think I’ve had that much work done, [but] I’m fine at the moment with my surgery.”

But when it comes to men, Katie seems to have a specific strategy, speaking about how she finds love, the reality TV star added:

“I don’t chase them – but I don’t play hard to get either.”

Katie then went on to reveal quite an unusual fact about herself, confessing:

“I like learning about killers like Ian Huntley and Rose West.”

She is most definitely hiding that rather dark side to her.

Katie Price has admitted that she loves being like Lord Alan Sugar in her new TV series.

The former glamour model is currently filming ‘Signed By Katie’ for Sky Living and told The Sun’s buzz magazine that she loves being in charge of the search for a new star, explaining:

“It’s been tough, but I love it.”

Katie, who’s looking for a model to manage in her Apprentice style show, added:

“We’ve seen some gorgeous people. I’m dreading having to pick just one winner.”

Let’s just hope Katie’s prepared to share the spot light.

Describing the show, Sky Living states:

In her new series Signed By Katie Price the model and mum of three will be scouring the country for someone with the passion and hunger to make both her and the winner a mint. They don’t have to be supermodels, but they do need to work the camera and have the drive to succeed.

Katie’s looking for somebody with that ‘extra something’ to join the talent management agency she founded, Black Sheep Management.

A new survey suggests that two of the people the Celebrity Big Brother house this year are Imogen Thomas and Katie Price.

Imogen shot to fame on the 2003 normal Big Brother series on Channel 4 and hit the headlines again this year, when she was revealed to be having an affair with married football player Ryan Giggs.

Katie Price is no stranger to reality TV either, having her own fly on the wall series on Sky Living and having previously starred in I’m A Celebrity…..Get Me Out Of Here, twice.

A poll conducted by MyVoucherCodes shows that some people (some deluded people we like to think!) think both women would spice up the new series of the show, when it launches on Channel 5 this month, along with other stars including Ryan Giggs, Pippa Middleton and Ashley Cole.

TOWIE star Lauren Goodger is also named in the top ten celebrities you’d like to see in the famous house, as did Lord Sugar and former Big Brother host Davina McCall, who we think would be like a child in a candy shop after all those years of being stuck on the outside.

Katie Price has revealed that she will soon be leaving the UK to travel to America, where she will be filming a new reality Tv series.

Her last series did rather badly on Sky Living, so we can’t imagine why anyone would pay her to make another, however it is reported that the mum of three will travel from New York to Los Angeles for the new show, which will be aired in the UK but also on US TV network Fox.

Katie said: “It’s taken nearly a year to set this contract up. We’re thinking of doing the road trip from New York to Los Angeles. But I want a big Priscilla-style van. You’ve got to make it fun. The cameras will be inside the van. That’s what we’re working on at the moment.

The format will be based on hit movie ‘Priscilla, Queen of the Desert’, which featured three drag queens travelling across Australia.

Price added:

“I’ll be in America in September and they’re trying to work out what they want to do. I’m not trying to be famous or massive, I’m just doing what I want to do.”

However, the former glamour model – also known as Jordan – admitted she will use the format of the road trip to spice up her UK reality series, as she thinks viewers may be getting bored with just seeing her “in the hairdressers” all the time.

Katie added to The Sun: “Even over here the next reality show I’m doing is going to be a road trip to make it more interesting.
“I don’t think anyone wants to see me in the hairdressers and getting my nails done all the time.”
