Kenny Logan Leaves Strictly Come Dancing

Strictly Come Dancing 2007: Kenny LoganKenny Logan became the ninth person to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One after failing to impress the judges in the dance off.

All the couples danced two different numbers again tonight, but once again one of those couples had to leave.

But it was Kenny and Letitia Dean who found themselves in the bottom two competing in the dance off.

Kenny performed the Foxtrot and Letitia performed the Quickstep, their highest scoring dances with the judges.

Strictly Come Dancing 2007: Kenny LoganKenny Logan is worried about losing the Scottish vote on tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing show, as most of them will probably be glued to the Scotland vs. Italy match.

”Scots have been voting for me in their thousands but the whole nation will be glued to the Italy game instead,” Logan told the Daily Record.

Is that really such a bad thing Kenny? Let’s face it, you can’t really dance….it wouldn’t be fair if you lasted yet another week. You or Kate Garraway!

Strictly Come Dancing 2007Strictly Come Dancing insiders have revealed that after last weeks shock exit of Gabby Logan, nerves are running high in the SCD camp.

The contestants were prepared for the criticisms of the judging panel, but they weren’t ready for the fickle British public, who seem to be going all out to vote for lame ducks like Kate Garraway and Kenny Logan.

A show insider reveals: “This has undoubtedly been the toughest week of the series so far. Nobody expected Gabby to go. No one could have predicted that she and Penny would have been in the bottom two. It was a massive shock - there have been more than just a few nerves jangling since then.”

Kenny is a Rugby Union footballer who played wing for London Scottish and formerly Scotland.

Kenny gained his first cap for Scotland against Australia in 1992 aged 20. Having won 70 caps over 13 years, he retired from international rugby union after the 2003 World Cup.

Kenny is married to sports presenter and fellow celebrity dancer Gabby Logan, and has two children.
