Kimberly Davis was the latest Apprentice candidate to be sacked by Sir Alan Sugar but she has hit out at the male candidates on the show for being bullies.

Davis told The Daily Mail: ‘I applied to go on The Apprentice, but when I arrived there it felt like Supernanny.

‘The men on the show need to learn how to behave. I mean behave well, professionally and with women.

‘There is a lot of aggression, it doesn’t set a great example and that is not how businesses should be. Some of them are real bullies.’

In the video above Kimberly admits that she is still glad that she participated in the show and feels that she has learned a lot from Sir Alan Sugar, things that she can now apply in her own career. Hopefully shw won’t be called on to market a breakfast cereal any time soon!

In tonight’s cereal task one team was, well pants, as they tried to market a brand of cereal with a silly superhero called Pants Man.

Kimberly Davis allowed her team to market their brand in the silliest way, by letting a man who wears pants outside his trousers show you how not to wear your pants outside your trousers. Kind of confusing isn’t it?

I think the general consensus was that, supposed marketing expert Kimberley, talked a good talk but really knew very little about marketing and advertising what should have been a quite sellable product.

Kimberly brought Philip and Lorraine into the boardroom with her. Sir Alan wasn’t going to get rid of Phil, when he can get so much mileage out of his romance with Kate and Lorraine couldn’t really be sacked for disagreeing with an idea that was intrinsically crap. So in the end it was Kimberly that said goodbye.

Watch the moment she was fired in the clip above. In another note was anyone else repulsed by the sight of Ben’s pit sweat when he was doing his yoga moves….eugh!

OMG!!! Sir Alan Sugar appeared on The One Show tonight saying that this years bunch of Apprentice candidates are his best yet, but to me they look like a bunch of bumbling idiots.

Their first task consisted of Sir Alan providing them with a van and some cleaning materials (all of which they paid for out of their budget). They then had to clean some stuff and make as much money as they could in just one day.

The girls in particular astounded me by trying to charge £300 to clean three cars! When the customer pointed out that his current cleaner does the job for £60, Mona Lewis told him he was wrong and basically implied that he was a liar. They landed the contract in the end but after dropping their price dramatically they then had to summon their customer to help them work the pressure washer.

The boys, to their credit, landed a contract to clean 30 minicabs, but would only be paid for the ones which passed the customers inspection. There seemed to be way too many of them trying to clean at the same time, they took one and a half hours to clean their first car and even then they were forgetting to clean roofs, backs of seats and other pretty obvious spots.

In the end Ignite (the girls team) took £357, they spent £196.45 and so made a profit of £160.55. Empire (the boys team) took £347, spent £107.39 and so made a profit of just over £239. So the boys won, but really not through any great margin and not because of any great planning or talent. I can only hope that this bunch get better with practice!
