No sooner was Big Brother housemate Arron out of the door last night than thoughts turned to next week’s nominations, but of course, with the Turf Wars task still going full steam ahead, there’s a twist…
Whichever team loses control of the Diary Room also forfeits their right to nominate, and last night, Luke A and Lauren came up with a cunning plan to save fellow puffer, and Green Team member Adam Kelly, who they’re convinced will face eviction if the Blue Team – of which Luke A and Lauren are of course members – win the right to nominate.
During a smoking area natter, Luke A broached the subject of deliberating causing the Blue Team to fail the Diary Room challenge in order to stop fellow Blues Shievonne and Caroline from nominating… Read more & comment »

I like, totally think you're a psycho lesbian. Golly.
It comes as no surprise to me – or indeed anyone who watches Big Brother – that Caroline Wharram has been bitching again…
She spends most of her BB life doing so, but her latest rant was a particularly vitriolic one about Lauren.
The Daily Star reports that not only did Caroline claim that Lauren’s a lesbian – who fancies Sara – but also that she has “a personality disorder.”
The paper reports that in a late night chat with Scott, Caroline said that the reason she and Lauren don’t get on is because Lauren doesn’t fancy her.
She added, “Lauren’s got the biggest personality disorder. She’s nuts… Read more & comment »

Lauren Carre had a mini meltdown in the Big brother house last night.
The blonde wannabe was irritated, after Scottish beauty Sara McLean asked her for a cigarette, as she had run out.
The Jersey born hopeful turned her fellow housemate down, saying that she didn’t have enough left and later justified her actions to pals Deana Uppal, Adam Kelly and Luke A.

Big Brother housemates Adam Kelly and Lauren Carre are in the group dubbed “The Outsiders” by Channel 5 – other Outsiders include Luke A and the now goneski Lydia – and last night, in a show of outcast solidarity, they had a good old natter about house tactics and romances…
It began with sage Adam proffering Lauren a few hints and tips on how to survive in the jungle that is house politics, but when Lauren explained that she’s just too naïve to see what everyone else sees, Adam reassured her that her naivety is probably what the voting public like about her.
He said, “You got yourself saved,” as they discussed Benedict’s exit from the house, to which Lauren replied, “Yeah, but it’s not as if Benedict helped himself, is it?”
Well, actually Lauren, it most likely his frequent “helping himself” that got him the boot… Read more & comment »

Big Brother housemates Luke A and Luke S hadn’t, until yesterday, spent much time together and in fact, had barely spoken, however, after a buddy bonding session, during which both discussed their love of cooking, the lads seemed be getting close.
And in what turned out to be a mutual appreciation society sort of a chat, both Lukes disclosed what they admire about each other. Aw bless.
However, yesterday afternoon, Lauren was called to the Diary Room and set a challenge, which was to oversee and judge a cook off involving spuds.
Asked to choose the two best chefs in the house, Lauren put forward the two Lukes, who then had to go head to head to bake the perfect potato based meal for Lauren… Read more & comment »

Yesterday in the Big Brother house, Day 24, began ever so well and just got better when the treats Conor had ordered on the shopping list arrived…
And – get this – everyone played nicely with the new toys! Yes there was actual peace and a coming together via the medium of garden sports, including swing-ball, table football and big box of doughnuts.
But of course, it couldn’t last, and indeed it didn’t, because when Ashleigh discovered that Lauren had two packs of cigarettes whereas the other smokers had one each, she objected strongly.
As Lauren tried to point out that Conor had ordered two packs for her because some of the cigs that were cut up as part of the task were among those that Lauren had originally brought into the house, and therefore bought from her own actual cash money, Ashleigh refused to even listen… Read more & comment »

Warning kids! Smoking is addictive - look what it can do to you! Just say no...
As if there wasn’t enough tension in the Big Brother house right now, the big guy has heaped on a little more after threatening that the smokers in the house will be punished for having a few crafty drags after their smoking materials were sacrificed during the task…
To backtrack a little, the smokers in the house – Adam, Lauren, Luke A, Sara and Shievonne – sat back staring in horror as Arron chopped up their precious cigarettes in return for 20 points towards the task goal of 100.
However, their sacrifice in going without cigarettes helped to win the task, and everyone was jubilant when BB announced last night that they had indeed passed the task and would therefore receive a luxury shopping budget. Click here to see a clip of the announcement.
But, even as the smell of euphoria lingered, the smokers were on the prowl for anything that may contain nicotine, and a few of them found some abandoned dog ends in the ashtray outside and proceeded to smoke them, topping up their much depleted nicotine supply… Read more & comment »

Big Brother housemate Ashleigh is of course having a romance – or fauxmance, depending on your point of view – with fellow housemate Luke S, however, from the get go, Ashleigh has worried that Luke S actually fancies Lauren, and that Lauren fancies him right back.
So worried about it is she that soon after she sparked up her ‘friendship’ with Luke S, she decided to end it before things went any further in order to leave the way clear for Lauren to swoop and claim her “made for each other” man…
However, an oblivious Lauren had no clue that she was supposed to have the hots for Luke S, and for his part, from what I’ve seen, he doesn’t seem to be interested in Lauren, but in Essex girl Ashleigh’s head, it’s all a big can of worms just waiting for Lauren or Luke S to pull the ring pull and expose their true feelings.
Nobody has as yet reported on what the teacher said once playtime was over… Read more & comment »

There’s an interesting development in the Big Brother house this afternoon in that Deana Uppal has told Lydia and Lauren that she wants to leave…
However, as you can see in this clip, she has insisted that she doesn’t want to “leave by the back door” and instead, she wants her fellow housemates to nominate her tomorrow so that she can still get the chance to leave and enjoy her eviction interview with Brian Dowling.
But, as the no discussing nominations rule is once again in force, will Big Brother punish Deana for saying that she wants to be nominated?
I suspect they will, and I’d love to know what punishment you think she should get? Should she, for instance, be immune from nominations this week as a perverse sort of punishment?
Actually, I’d love that to happen because it would soooooooo annoy her fellow housemates, and if she’s serious about wanting to leave, then it may prompt her to either p**s or get off the potty! Read more & comment »

Tonight saw the third Big Brother eviction of the summer 2012 series and in the firing line this evening was Benedict Garret and Lauren Carre.
The teacher turned porn star and the criminology student received six votes each when their fellow housemates nominated earlier this week and at first, it seemed that Benedict would be the contestant sure to leave.
However, over the last few days, bookies have slashed their odds on Lauren going, offering 4/7 on Benedict’s departure and 5/4 on Carre getting voted off, so tonight’s result was by no means a foregone conclusion.

Brian Dowling announced the result to the house…..
