The final eight X Factor acts are reportedly set to earn £100,000 on this year’s live tour, proving that it is worthwhile to enter the X Factor, even if you have no chance of winning.

The Sun reports that half of the money is made up from pay cheques and the other half from bonuses and an unnamed finalist from last year said: “The tour is the most lucrative part of being on the show. Even if you don’t win, it can set you up for life.”

An X Factor spokeswoman said: “We do not discuss any financial details of contracts for the tour.”

Lloyd Daniel’s mother has said that Simon Cowell must not like Welsh people.

On last week’s show Simon said that Lloyd looked like a “puppy taking part in the Grand National”.

Lisa Daniels told the South Wales Echo: “He’s got it in for the Welsh. I had a feeling that Lloyd would be in the bottom two, not because he didn’t do a good performance on Saturday, but Simon’s words, I thought, would have swayed the public, saying he was like a puppy trying to run in the Grand National.

X Factor singer Lloyd Daniels has been told to stop giving his mobile number to female fans camped outside the acts home.

The 16 year old has been warned that he is creating a big security risk by giving people his real number.

A show insider told The People: “Anything could happen. They understand he’s a young, good looking boy who enjoys chatting up girls but he should be looking out for himself a bit more.”

The mother of X Factor youngest singer this year, has begged the people of Wales to keep him on the show.

Lisa, mum of Lloyd Daniels has even asked those who were previously backing Welsh teenager Lucie Jones, to now vote for her son. She told Wales Online:

“The Welsh are awfully patriotic and hopefully we’ll all get behind Lloyd and people who voted for Lucie will support him too. So keep voting!”

It has been rumoured that young Lloyd Daniels is harbouring a crush on fellow X Factor contestant Lucie Jones. And now he has admitted that he is “absolutely gutted” about her departure last week.

“I really miss Lucie, I was absolutely gutted when she went,” he said in his official X Factor video diary. “I was really shocked when she went, because I thought she was the strongest. It shows that you have to vote for the people that you like, so please do – it means so much to us.

Awww poor little Lloyd Daniels has asked his mum to bring his own duvet and pillows to the X Factor house so he can feel a bit more at home.

Lloyd’s mum Lisa told The Sun: “He finds it really difficult to get off to sleep normally. But in the house he only has a single duvet and, with late nights after shows at the weekend, he finds it hard to unwind. But now he can relax with his own duvet – he can wrap himself up like a sausage roll!”

Cheryl Cole has reportedly invited Joe McElderry and Lloyd Daniels to her house for dinner. I wonder if her husband Ashley Cole will also be there given the recent rumours of imminent marriage problems.

The Mirror reports that Cole promised the boys to cook her legendary Spag Bol if they survived the vote off this week.

Lloyd Daniels looks set to sing on X Factor this weekend and is said to be recovering well from his earlier throat infection.

Lloyd was seen struggling when he was forced to sing in the bottom two last Sunday night and at the start of the week, rumours were rife that he would be too ill to sing this Saturday. However his mum says that although she would prefer him not to, Lloyd is determined to sing on Saturday.

Olly Murs has become the latest X Factor contestant to get struck down by a throat infection. Yesterday, news broke that young Lloyd Daniels and Danyl Johnson are very ill and rumours suggested that the pair may even miss the show.

The Sun has today reported that Olly MJus has also been sent to see a throat specialist and that the singer can hardly talk, let alone sing. Doctors have told him not to speak for 48 hours until his throat improves.

There have been rumours circulating that both Danyl Johnson and Lloyd Daniels will miss this weekend’s X Factor due to severe throat infections.

The rumours originated on Twitter and are by no means confirmed. It seems to us that it is way too early to tell if the boys will still be sick by the weekend but wouldn’t it be awful if they were?

Gather round the googlebox tonight everybody, somebody’s going home and it might be Danyl “The Most Hated Man In Britain” Johnson. We don’t hate Danyl, by the way, and all this bad press has really gone a bit wrong for him, hasn’t it? Speaking for us at Unreality TV, we think Lightweight Lloyd has to go home tonight.

We start off with the ensemble performance of Aerosmith’s Walk This Way. Except, because this is X Factor, it’s actually the Girls Aloud/Sugababes version of the song which is nowhere near as cool as the original. Bah! Everybody seems to be on form tonight, even Devastated Danyl, and as schmaltzy as the whole thing is, it’s great fun. We love these ensemble performances, just to see the contestants performing together and having a bit of a lark.

Lloyd sang the Katy Perry song, ‘I Kissed A Girl’ on last night’s show. Louis Walsh accused him of cheating during rock week, whilst Simon Cowell said the performance was a milion times better than the week before.

X FACTOR heart-throb Lloyd Daniels has reportedly got a crush on fellow contestant Lucie Jones.

The teen hunk may have split with girlfriend Molly to avoid distractions on the show. But his Mum has revealed that he may have his eye on lovely Lucie, also from Wales.

Lisa Daniels, 41, told the News of the World: ‘When he first met Lucie in the early stages of the competition, he said to me ‘mum, I’ve just met the most beautiful girl from Cardiff’.

X Factor heart throb, Lloyd Daniels has admitted that he plans to remain in London, after the X Factor ends this December.

The teenager had planned to attend college and study architecture or accountancy, however all that has changed since he hit the big time on ITV’s X Factor.

He told the South Wales Echo: “Obviously Wales will always be my home, but after the show I want to move to London to give myself the best shot at succeeding in music.”

“Cheryl is awesome,” he told the Echo. “My friends are very jealous that she’s my mentor and I get to spend time with her.
