After much speculation about the relationship status between Made In Chelsea stars Spencer Matthews and Lucy Watson, it would seem that they ARE indeed a couple as Spencer Matthews has not only revealed that he is dating her, but also admitted it is like dating himself.

Now we are really confused because reports over the last two weeks, in particular those circulating from the red carpet of the BAFTA’s, have suggested rather convincingly that Made In Chelsea stars Lucy Watson and Spencer Matthews were in fact very much a couple.
