Personally I would much rather Cerys left, I am so looking forward to seeing what kicks off between her and Marc, or his girlfriend for that matter, upon her exit.

The lastest I’m A Celebrity evictee, John Burton Race, has confirmed rumours that Marc and Cerys did sneak off to the camps medical hut for a bit of a romp.

“There were times the pair disappeared off together,” the chef said, cryptically adding “I know what I know. There were things the viewers wouldn’t have seen or heard in there.” John went on to say “Relationships are formed. And if you want to talk privately, you put your hand over your mic.”

Marc Bannerman flew back to London a matter of days, almost hours ago, but alreay he is offering to return to Australia if Cerys Matthews wants him to.

He has been binned by one woman, so it’s straight onto the next…..very smooth Marc!

When Cerys received his letter. offering to return in the I’m A Celebrity Bush Telegraph, she said:

“When we first started we were just friends and then we started thinking more than that,” Cerys explained. “But we didn’t want to act on that, not under the circumstances, I knew that he had a girlfriend and he didn’t want to hurt this girlfriend and we haven’t had a chance to talk about it really.

“We were just going to wait and see what it felt like when we got back home when the person involved could talk with Marc and you know, try and do things with as little hurt as possible and now I can be honest and say I did have feelings but we didn’t even talk because we didn’t want to hurt anybody and we didn’t intend for this to happen.” Read more & comment »

Another lady has jumped on the Marc Bannerman band wagon, and claimed that the former soap star had already cheated on his grilfriend before he even entered the jungle.

Barmaid Meg Raphael told The News Of The World newspaper:

“I had no idea he was seeing someone else – he told me he was single. I only realised when I saw Sarah talking about his flirting with Cerys in the jungle.”

I’m A Celebrity reject, Marc Bannerman has FINALLY boarded a flight back to London where he will come face to face with his girlfriend of two years.

Marc has spent the last two weeks flirting and cuddling another woman on national TV, and to say his woman isn’t happy, would be a massive understatement.

Marc did a live TV interview yesterday in which he blubbed about being in love with two women……looks like he has finally made his choice!

Jungle Love Rat, Marc Bannerman has said that he won’t be pursuing a relationsip with Cerys Matthews when she leaves the I’m A celebrity jungle, in fact he hopes to patch things up with his girlfriend of two years.

Speaking to The Daily Star, Bannerman stated:

“I’ve behaved in an inappropriate way, but I didn’t even think about the consequences of spending time with someone in there.

Marc Bannerman has become the first person to be voted out of the I’m A Celebrity jungle camp, and it doesn’t take a genius to work out why.

In any other circumstances, Marc could have expected to make it to the final three contestants, if not further, but not after he managed to portray himself as a jungle love rat.

Marc has spent the last week romancing former Catatonia singer Cerys Matthews, much to the disgust of his long term girlfriend, Sarah Matravers. Over the last few days, she has been telling any tabloid or gossip magazine that will listen how hurt and upset she is with Marc and Cerys’ behaviour, and vowed to throttle the pair as well as destroying his wardrobe.

As soon as Marc met Ant and Dec, he knew he was in trouble and as soon as he heard his girlfriend had left the country he requested a flight back to London…..but just where does that leave Cerys?

The girlfriend of I’m A Celebrity star, Marc Bannerman, has flown home after less then 48 hours in Australia.

The flirting between I’m A Celebrity’s Marc and Cerys has continued, with Marc singing I Get a Kick Out of You to Cerys.

He sang the Frank Sinatra classic as he gazed at Cerys. Later as the pair swung together in a hammock Cerys sang What a Wonderful World.

Earlier Cerys had examined Marc’s chest for him as he had a shave, as he was worried he had a tick on him.

But Cerys reassured him: “It’s not a tick, it’s like a little rash.’

The disgraced girlfriend of I’m A Celebrity star, Marc Bannerman has revealed that she will dump the ex soap star if he doesn’t stop carrying on with singer, Cerys Matthews.

“I want to throttle him” Sarah told Heatworld when she arrived in the jungle. “I want to cut off his kangaroo balls. Marc and I live together and we have a proper life together, so of course I’m worried… I made a big joke out of it at the beginning of the week but this has gone on long enough. It’s upsetting. I hear they’ve been sharing quite a lot.”

Last week Sarah threatened to cut up Marc’s shirts if he slept with Cerys again……kind of makes me wonder why she bothered flying out to Australia in the first place!

Marc has told J that Cerys makes his heart crumble and has predicted ‘trouble ahead’.

As the trio washed their clothes Cerys sang a gospel song at Marc’s request.

He sang along and said: “Oh, that’s one of my favourites.”

Cerys said: “It’s my favourite too, one of them.”

After she walked away Marc said to J: “How amazing to have a beautiful voice. Fucking hell, oh my God. Just makes my heart crumble. Things are, fucking, oh.” Read more & comment »

I’m A Celebrity campmates Rodney and Marc went to get the Celebrity Chest, and Rodney got angry with Marc because he didn’t like the way he was helping him.

In the game one person had to stand under some water chutes and catch the falling water in their bucket. The other person had to stand back and watch which chute the water was going to come out of and guide the person with the bucket to the right chute.

When Rodney guided Marc he shouted: “Right” when he wanted him to go one chute to the right and: “right, right” when he wanted him to move two chutes to the right.

Well who would have thought it? Former Eastenders star Marc Bannerman has a girlfriend, and by all reports she isn’t too happy about the amount of time he is spending in Cerys Matthew’s bed.

Can’t say I blame her! She is threatening to cut up his shirts if he gets any more flirty. Cut them up anyway I say!

Cerys and Marc have been getting closer in camp after Marc climbed in bed with Cerys to look at the stars.

The actor got out of bed in the early hours of the morning and went to see if Cerys was awake. When she told him it wasn’t time to get up yet he climbed in bed next to her to look at the stars.

Later he cuddled her and kissed her neck when she got upset about the two camps merging and the pair went for a walk and lay sunbathing together on some rocks.

When Marc climbed into bed with Cerys he said: “Oh look at that, look at the stars. Amazing.”

When actor Marc Bannerman was asked to go into the jungle his response was ‘why not’? Why not ditch the mobile, ditch the radio, ditch the music? Ditch the television, ditch everything you know and love and go and live in the jungle.

He reveals that Dean Gaffney’s advice helped him make his mind up about going. “Dean said ‘Just go for it, there will be times when you’re going to be really bored but you’ll really enjoy it.’ I trust his judgement, he’s a shrewd fella. I know he gets a bad press but he’s a clever guy, and if he can live through his fears then so can I God dammit!”

For 34-year-old Marc, the opportunity to spend time with different age groups in the camp is a bonus. “This will be the only time I get time to spend with people older than me in a situation where we’re spending time together all the time.”

Marc was born in Dublin but grew up in North London. Despite his Irish roots he was offered the part as Gianni de Marco in EastEnders in 1997 and stayed in the soap until 2000. Since then he has undertaken a variety of roles including Celebrity Wrestling and Footballer Wives: Extra Time. It was while filming this that he met his current partner, the actress Sarah Matravers.
