Big Brother: Bosses unsure if live feed will make a comeback!

Bosses of Channel 5′s hit reality TV show Big Brother, have apparently not yet decided whether or not the shows’s live feed will make a comeback when the show returns to our screens this summer.

After acquiring the show back in 2011, Channel 5 decided to ditch the usual 24/7 live stream from the house when it revamped the show. However the move resulted in backlash from fans.

Marcus Bentley confirms that Big Brother 2012 will return in June – housemates chosen!

Marcus Bentley has confirmed that Big Brother will be back in just a few weeks time.

The 44 year old voice-over artist has narrated the reality TV show since it’s inception in the year 2000, revealed on his personal blog that the newest series of the Channel 5 programme will be broadcast in June, though an exact date has not yet been chosen.

He wrote:

‘Big Brother starts next month – the exact date is to be finalised.’

Celebrity Big Brother 2011: Marcus Bentley to have bigger role – promises flashbacks and new format

Marcus Bentley has revealed that when Celebrity Big Brother launches on Channel 5 next week, it will be with a slightly new format.

The 43 year old actor, broadcaster and voice-over artist will provide the narration of the series for the 12th year running but has claimed that his role will be even bigger this time round.

After Channel 4 cancelled the show, the reality TV format was bought by Channel 5, who will host a celebrity version next week, followed by a full length normal series straight after.

Big Brother 2011: Marcus Bentley jumped at the chance to come back

Marcus Bentley has revealed that he was worried Channel 5 bosses wouldn’t want him to narrate this year’s Big Brother series.

The 43 year old broadcaster and former actor provided the voice over for all previous seasons of the show on Channel 4 but when it moved homes for 2011, he admitted that he worried they would want a fresh new sound and he wouldn’t get to be involved.

Marcus Bentley reveals that he will be the voice of Big Brother 2011

Marcus Bentley has revealed that he has made the leap to Channel 5 and will continue to do all voice-over work on the new Big brother series.

The 43 year old broadcaster and voice-over artist has narrated the reality TV show ever since it started in 2000 and we had our suspicions that he would be following the format to Channel 5, when he announced that he was leaving Channel 4 last week.

Big Brother 2011: Marcus Bentley leaves Channel 4 – heading to Channel 5?

Marcus Bentley has reportedly left Channel 4, prompting many Big Brother fans to speculate that he may be about to join the reality Tv show for it’s launch on Channel 5.

The 43 year old broadcaster and voice-over artist has narrated the reality TV show ever since it started in 2000 and took to Twitter yesterday to announced that he was leaving the channel.

He tweeted: “Listening to the epic Glasvegas on my way home from my last ever Friday working for Channel4! Time for a drink!”

Marcus Bentley will return to voice Big Brother

Marcus Bentley has admitted that he would love to return as the voiceover man for Big Brother.

The recognisable Geordie tones of the 43 year old actor, from Stockton on Tees, have been heard narrating all eleven previous series of the reality TV show and now Bentley has revealed that he would be willing to follow the format on it’s move from Channel 4 to Five.

He tweeted to fans: “Nothing would put me off doing the show. All you need are great housemates and amazing tasks.”

Marcus Bentley to preside over Ultimate Big Brother funeral

Today is a sad day. This afternoon Big Brother will be holding a funeral service in the garden to commemorate the final moments of the show.

The good reverend Marcus Bentley will be hosting the ceremony, delivering a moving eulogy as the housemates bury a casket containing items that are symbolic of memories from the various series.
