Last night’s fish and chip supper and letters from home meant that the Big Brother housemates were all in a good mood, and of course, that couldn’t last long…

As the evening wore on, a row kicked off between Bea, Marcus and Charlie, and – for a change, not – it was all about Bea’s negativity, or as she argued, her “intimidation” at the hands of, primarily, Freddie.

It all started when Siavash and Freddie were yet again discussing how Bea is “playing a game” by making friends of Lisa and David. They never tire of it do they??

Later on, Marcus felt behoved to add his twopennorth and he told Bea that she needs to “think” before she says anything and that she should stop being nasty to Halfwit. He also said that as far as he can see, Siavash is at the heart of every row in the house…

While all that was going on, Halfwit went to the diary room and told BB that he was much happier but added that Bea was “unattractive” now. He also reported that he plans to “emotionally phase Bea out” of his life. And in yet another stroke of absolute arrogance, he told Big Brother that he was “100% positive” that he wouldn’t be evicted tomorrow night.

Later, when everyone else was in bed, Bea, Charlie and Marcus sat up and yet again picked at the scab of their earlier argument with Marcus telling Bea that she “may not like what the viewers think” of her.

This set off yet more heated exchanges that resulted in a fair amount of yelling before Bea went to the diary room to have a cry and a rant. All the hoohar brought Halfwit almost running out of the bedroom only to find himself on the wrong end of Charlie’s sharp tongue. He told Freddie that he should stop interfering and stop going on about game plans and schemes… change of record required there too then.

It all ended when Marcus told Halfwit he should go back to bed or it would look bad on him while Charlie ranted that Halfwit was “laughing at Bea.” Oh dear…

It’s a battle of the titans in the house this week, with Marcus and Halfwit both up for eviction, but who do you want to see doing the walk of shame on Friday?

Both housemates took the news fairly well and David was just delighted that his name wasn’t called by Big Brother when the results of this week’s nominations were revealed.

After BB announced that Marcus and Halfwit were facing the boot, David screamed out,

“Is that it?!”

To his evident joy, that was indeed it, so he and Lisa, along with new pal Bea, all headed out to the garden for a cigarette.

“I feel happy now” David told Bea and Lisa.

“You never know with this game” said Lisa, yet again stating the glaringly obvious.

It’s going to be a tough one to call this week because both Marcus and Halfwit are of course very strong characters, so let us know who you’ll be voting for – we’re allowed to discuss it now, Big Brother says so.

Marcus and Noirin will both face the public vote this week according to The Sun.

Marcus has been behaving like a sulky toddler since Noirin flirted with former housemate Tom and snogged hairy Siavash. Noirin on the other hand can’t seem to choose one man and stick with him.

The bookies put Noirin slightly in the lead as favourite for eviction with odds of 4/6, however Marcus isn’t too far behind with odds of 11/10 to go.

Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, told the newspaper: “It’s taken a number of weeks but finally we’ve got a genuine eviction contest.

“Noirin’s relationships with Sree, Marcus and Siavash have alienated punters and she’s the early favourite to go.”

Last night, as all the other housemates were enjoying some pool fun with the inflatable pool toys they got as part of their shopping, Marcus and Noirin chose to sit inside and carry on with their mutual admiration club.

During the course of their conversation, talk turned to what Noirin might do once she’s left the house. Marcus asked if she’d go into glamour modelling but Noirin dismissed that idea, saying of her potential assets for that career, “I’m 25 now, that’s not going to last very long.”

After some reassurance from Marcus about her attractiveness, Noirin decided it was her turn to lavish some praise, so she told Marcus, “You’re like a father figure in the house” and added, “You actually do know everything that’s going on” which prompted Marcus to tell her he was flattered that she thinks so and much hugging ensued…

However, then, Noirin got around to talking about her job before she came into the house…

“My store’s number one, and there are hundreds of stores.

“It was really hard because everyone else was so much older, but I had a lot of male help” she said, completely unaware it would seem that Emily Pankhurst would most likely be spinning in her grave over that one.

She went on to talk about how her dad was “powerful, but in a placid way” and about how various men had guided her in her life…

Guess what Noirin – they let us drive now and everything and some of us make it in business without fluttering our eyelids and wearing skimpy tops. Just thought you ought to know…

As we reported yesterday, Marcus and Sree had a big row while ordering this week’s shopping.

With Charlie frenziedly writing the order down as items were shouted out, Marcus was ‘supervising’ the whole affair and couldn’t resist having a dig at Sree about his much touted maths skills – which weren’t much in evidence – when he was adding up the total.

Sree didn’t say anything but then, he tried to grab the book containing all the lists saying, “I need to get myself some things”

“You’re not taking the thing while we’re all looking at it” Marcus snapped.

“It’s everybody’s property. It’s not your duty, okay” Sree snapped back while snatching the book…

Charlie then added a few of the items Sree wanted with Marcus muttering, “Right, **** off”

“Don’t swear at me okay!” Sree said, which set Marcus off and the row moved into the garden where it got ever more heated until BB called them both separately to the diary room to calm down.

Well, they were well overdue for a big shopping row weren’t they?

Doing the shopping list has rarely been a time for harmony and peace in the house, but this year – so far – it’d all gone pretty smoothly. Too smoothly possibly and today, things erupted shopping list styly, big time, as many of the housemates might say, like.

No details of what caused the row are available yet but we do know that Marcus got so riled up that BB had to call him into the diary room to calm down, and quelle surprise, it seems Sree was involved somewhere.

And while Marcus was off on his enforced calm down, Halfwit decided to analyse his actions…

“Marcus is not generally an aggressive person, but he does have this very strong view that there are good people and bad people in the world.”

And by the sounds of it, some bad people were trying to shop…

“If you fall into the bad person category in Marcus’s world, then he won’t be so polite to you and he won’t be respectful to you” he continued… and continued.

“To Marcus’s credit, he doesn’t draw the line arbitrarily – it’s not just people he likes and dislikes, it’s according to his moral standards.

“Personally, I don’t agree. I don’t think there are just good people and bad people in the world – I think there are shades of grey.” So possibly aliens wound Marcus up?

He wasn’t done yet by the way…

“The more you understand people the harder it is to make harsh judgements.

“To know all is to forgive all” he – finally – concluded doing a fair impression of God. He may not be omnipotent but, hey, he gets around man.

Marcus and Noirin have passed their part of this week’s Italian themed shopping task.

The delighted housemates were told that the results of their efforts at producing Italian artwork had been judged by an independent art critic as being better than those of a six year old child whose painting was compared to theirs.

As all the housemates waited nervously for the result, Siavash joked, “You don’t look very confident” while Noirin admitted that she felt nervous, adding, “Why do I feel nervous?”

The plasma screen then came on and showed the judge in the task room as he viewed Marcus and Noirin’s efforts alongside the child’s painting.

Siavash noted that the six year old’s effort was “f***ing good” and said, “That looks a lot better than yours!”

However, the judge said that Marcus’s ‘masterpiece’ had “a very fierce narrative element” and that Noirin’s was “surreal; poster-like and well-controlled”.

The critic then announced that Marcus’s painting was the best, closely followed by Noirin’s which elicited cheers and whoops from all the housemates.

Looks like Marcus and Noirin’s heads are going to be just that bit bigger today then!

It seems that the lack of sex is getting to some of the housemates, and they can’t stop talking about it… or more precisely, the DIY alternative.

Last night, Marcus told Sophie that he couldn’t ‘take care of himself’ as it were – this is a family site after all – because there was no bedding on his bed and she informed him that she’d done the deed at least ten times since they’d been in the house…

Sophie also regaled Marcus with a rather gross tale of how a dog had once tried to hop on the good foot and do the bad thing with her mum and Marcus kept the conversation going by saying that when he gets out of the house, the first things he wants are fish and chips and sex.

I feel sorry for Davina then…

Sree told Marcus and Freddie last night how much he loves England and why…

Apparently, England is a place where he can do what he wants whereas in India, he has to live by “policies and rules.” However, Marcus and Freddie told him that such a liberal attitude to things like going out when he likes and car ownership, mean he’s on the road to ruin.

Sree had been telling Marcus and Freddie that he intends to show his children in years to come the plaque that bears his name at the university he attended. He then got onto the subject of why he loves our green and pleasant land so much…

“In India I don’t have that much social life. It’s rules and policies, but here you can go out with anybody and drink as much as you like. I like travelling, cars, and women attract me a lot” he explained.

Freddie nodded along then said, “You speak in a stream of consciousness but it’s not like you’re exactly making a point.”

Does he ever??

Freddie then shocked Sree by adding, “That desire to have your name in big writing, it’s that that poisons your good intentions. All those things you say about your morals will be poisoned.”

Marcus wholeheartedly agreed and said, “I think England’s corrupted you. I don’t think you would’ve had those thoughts in India.”

Sree, looking shocked said, “I feel sorry sometimes; the way I talk and behave. I’m not intentionally doing it.”

Not content to leave it there, Freddie had a final bombshell to drop…

“You shouldn’t take yourself so seriously man. If you do, your life will be a living hell”

Yikes.

Not content to keep their conversation about gameplans and plotting to their paranoid selves, Noirin and Marcus rapidly took Sree to task about his new found and sudden interest in the Invincible Freddie…

Soon after Angel pranced off, Sree, who just hours before had blown up at Halfwit in the great garlic row, began firing question after question at Halfwit and seemed very keen to know every little detail about him. So when Halfwit manage to escape to the loo for five minutes peace away from the interrogation, Marcus and Noirin couldn’t resist a little dig at Sree…

“You’re speaking more to him now than you ever have” Marcus said to Sree.

Noirin, who was sticking to Marcus like she was glued on giggled, “I know!”

Then Siavash decided he wanted in…

“Let’s talk about garlic” he laughed. Then it was back to Noirin.

“So, before the Eviction you didn’t want to know him, but now you do?”

“No, it’s not about that” said Sree, “I don’t know anything about that.”

“You can’t do that” said Noirin who apparently has been elected Queen of Everything and Head Rule Maker.

“I’m just interested” said Sree defensively.

Marcus then put in his twopennorth; “You want to be friends with everyone now there’s two months left. You want to keep friends with everyone.”

“It’s not, all of a sudden, he’s my friend” moaned Sree.

“It does seem an awful lot like that though” replied Marcus.

“You are seeing it the wrong way” said Sree.

“Sree, are you talking to him because he’s not gone out of the house?” asked Lisa, adding, “It’s only because of who he’s been up against. It doesn’t make him a superstar. It doesn’t mean he’s going to win.”

At that point, Kris, Noirin, Siavash and Marcus were all giggling like five year old at Sree but fortunately, he saw the funny side too and couldn’t stop grinning.

“Oh Sree” concluded Noirin.
