Fans of Celebrity Big Brother will no doubt recall that former EastEnders star Martin Kemp took part in the show last year, finishing in third place while comedian Julian Clary went on to win…
But during his time on the show, Martin gave little hint about the fact that he lives with the knowledge that he might at any time learn that the brain tumours, with which he was diagnosed in 1995, could return and be inoperable.
And in fact, during an interview with Weekend magazine this week, Martin explained that during the last operation to remove the tumours, medics told him there was a portion of one that they couldn’t take out, so consequently, it has to be closely monitored for any potentially dangerous growth. They seem like two of the most unlikely wedding planners imaginable, but former Spandau Ballet and EastEnders star Martin Kemp and MC Harvey have managed to pull off the wedding of one couples dreams in tonight’s Celebrity Wedding Planner!

As fans of Celebrity Big Brother will know, former EastEnders star Martin Kemp finished in third place in this summer’s series, and today, he’s been speaking exclusively to omg! about his time in the house and his housemates.
First, Martin revealed that he’s not upset that he didn’t win, adding, “For me there wasn’t any difference between coming out sixth or coming out third or second.
“I think it is wonderful if you are the winner- I was very pleased to make it to the final.
“It’s just nice when the doors opened and you felt the fresh air and saw other people rather than the final five that I was talking to.”
Coleen Nolan doesn’t have much faith in herself it would seem, that or she’s pretending in the hope that she’ll win Celebrity Big brother tonight.
It’s the final night of the Channel 5 reality TV show and the Loose Women star made it to the end, along with Martin Kemp, Ashley McKenzie, Julian Clary, MC Harvey and The Situation. Speaking to Julian a few hours ago, the mum of three confessed that she expected to be the first to leave the house and made her predictions on who would be crowned the champion.
Celebrity Big Brother draws to a close tonight and we have to admit, we are pretty sad. It’s been a great BB summer and we have totally enjoyed the normal series and the subsequent celeb run more than we ever expected to.
Channel 5 have got their lineups right and balanced the drama with the fun perfectly for the last three months…..we’re going to find it hard to wait until January for the next outing.
However, before everything draws to a close we have one last big show to come and on tonight’s grand final one housemate will be crowned the second Celebrity Big Brother winner of 2012 (following in the footsteps of Denise Welch who won her series in January of this year).
Last night was of course the final night that our six remaining celebrities will spend in the Celebrity Big Brother house, and as such, there was reminiscing and a few tears as the housemates participated in The Last Supper task.
In a nutshell, the task saw the final six sharing a slap up meal that was provided by Big Brother, during which they were required to discuss topics the big guy set.
Martin Kemp showed his softer side in the Celebrity Big Brother house yesterday, as he broke down in tears in front of his fellow housemates.
The former Eastenders actor got into a serious conversation in the garden and in a heart to heart, revealed that he is still struggling to cope with the death of his parents, after they both passed away not long ago.
The TV hardman and former Spandau Ballet musician wept openly, as he told his new pals:
Yesterday, the final shopping task of this series of Celebrity Big Brother got underway, and as has become the norm with this year’s tasks – again, bravo Task Team – the new task encompassed fun and mind games…
Entitled BBTV, the task has seen the celebs taking part in TV shows including news bulletins, a quiz show and a childrens’ show.
But for me, by far the most entertaining bits so far have been the news bulletins, which must be read by a housemate each time the news programme’s theme tune sounds.
Yesterday, Julie was the newsreader du jour, and part of her bulletins required her to read out some of her fellow housemates’ jibes or digs at other housemates.
