Channel 4 bosses are reportedly trying to land MC Hammer for the final series of Celebrity Big Brother.
The Sun reports that producers have decided to cut the number of celebrity housemates participating in January, so that they can afford to attract bigger names. They are also hoping to land Baywatch star Pamela Anderson.
A source told the newspaper:
“Previous CBB series have suffered because there have been too many celebs who were just not that famous.

MC Hammer is to star in a new reality TV show along with his wife, five children and two nephews.
The singer is famous for his 90′s rap tracks and baggy trousers but more recently has been investing a lot of time and money into a new dance website.
The 46-year-old said that Hammertime will reveal his lesser known side as a businessman as well his technical prowess.
“I’m a 2010 dad. I’m a real techy. I’m a geek on that side,” he said.
