Sharon Osbourne has finally made the decision to settle a battery and negligence lawsuit brought against her by Megan Hauserman.

The former X Factor judge was facing a court battle after the blonde bombshell claimed that she scratched and pulled her hair in December 2008 on ‘Rock of Love: Charm School’, however, she settled the case on the eve of the trial on Sunday (13.02.11).

Megan – who was suing for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress – had claimed Sharon lost her temper during a recording of the VH1 series about etiquette and manners after the former Playboy model insulted Sharon’s husband Ozzy Osbourne.

Rock Of Love ‘star’ Megan Hauserman has reportedly sued Sharon Osbourne over an alleged attack.

In the video above bikini-clad Hauserman, 27, claimed Sharon was only famous “for managing a brain-dead rock star”. Sharon saw red and threw a glass of water over Megan, next thing you know a fight breaks out and security are left to separate the women.
