Louis Walsh thinks that Cheryl Cole could return to the UK version of The X Factor.
The Girls Aloud star left the British show in 2011 to venture to the US version with Simon Cowell. However, she was sacked from the American panel after only a few audition sessions and turned down the chance to join Louis and Gary Barlow on the British run.

Dermot O’Leary has revealed that the lineup for this year’s X Factor series has been 95% finalised.
The series returns to our screens in August 2013 and judges auditions for the new run begin next month, however, the panellists have not yet been confirmed by the channel or Simon Cowell.

As the start of The X Factor 2013 grows ever closer, the long list of names linked to the judging panel grows ever longer – it happens religiously, year in, year out.
The latest name to be added to the list is Spice Girl Mel B. It is said that she is set to pinch Nicole Scherzinger’s seat on the panel when the show returns later this year.

Adam Lambert will be picking up a very special award later this month and it’s been revealed that he will receive it from none other than Mel B.
It was confirmed recently that the American Idol star would be receiving the Davidson/Valentini GLAAD Award, a special trophy and accolade given annually by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation to an openly LGBT individual who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for the LGBT community.

Fans of America’s Got Talent will know that Sharon Osbourne quit her role as a judge on the show after a row with NBC – the US network that airs AGT – and was subsequently replaced by Spice Girl Mel B…
However Mel – who was of course a guest judge on the UK version of The X Factor last year – has been about as popular as pubic lice with the AGT audiences, and despite the fact that filming for this year’s new season has barely begun, she’s been booed twice and fellow judge Howard Stern has accused her of having no sense of humour.

Dawn French has landed herself a brand new TV job in Australia!
The buxom comedienne is just fresh from her annual stint on Comic Relief on Friday, where she was seen getting jiggy with Homeland star Damian Lewis and it’s been confirmed that later in the year the funny woman will make an appearance as a new judge on the latest series of Australia’s Got Talent.

Mel B has reportedly been pleading with Simon Cowell to give her a spot on the X Factor judging panel this year.
The music mogul has already put her in place on the America’s Got Talent panel in the US but the mum of three is apparently keen to add another string to her bow and wants to work on the ITV singing show also.

It’s been reported that the ladies are both frontrunners to take a place on the judging panel of this year’s series of the ITV show and newspapers claimed yesterday that Simon Cowell is struggling to choose between the Spice Girl and the flamboyant reality TV star.

Mel B started work on America’s Got Talent this week and it seems that already the former Spice Girl is causing controversy.
The mum of three was confirmed as a judge on the US show last week and she joins fellow newbie Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Howard Stern on the NBC series. Yesterday the first auditions with the new lineup were staged at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans and it’s been reported that Mel didn’t prove very popular with the waiting crowd.
