Craig Revel Horwood is actually a fairly nice and sweet man when he’s not on Strictly Come Dancing we have discovered.
Even when appearing on sister show It Takes Two, the dance expert is a lot more laid back and distinctly complimentary on a much more regular basis than he ever is on the main BBC One programme.
Last night the choreographer was full of praise for outgoing contestant Michael Vaughan who had admitted just minutes before that he felt it was the right time for him to leave.

Michael Vaughan has admitted that he is quite glad to be out of Strictly Come Dancing.
The cricket star was voted off the BBC show on Sunday night, after finding himself in the bottom two with Nicky Byrne and he thinks it was totally the right time for him to leave.

Michael Vaughan has admitted that he doesn’t mind leaving Strictly Come Dancing so close to the end of the series.
The cricket star was voted off the BBC show last night after finding himself in his second danceoff of the series.
He went head to head with Nicky Byrne and there were no shocks as all the judges unanimously voted to save the Westlife star and send Michael and his professional partner Natalie home.

The Strictly Come Dancing contestants are getting ever closer to the final and to that glitterball trophy and tensions were running high in tonight’s week nine results show.
Last week Michael Vaughan found himself in the danceoff along with Victoria Pendleton and though all the judges voted to save him, bookies were predicting that he would be in danger tonight.
The panel wren’t very complimentary about his performance last night either, with Bruno Tonioli branding him the ‘one hip wonder’ and telling him he needs to learn to ‘swing both ways’ in a dance sense of course.

UPDATE: NICKY BYRNE AND MICHAEL VAUGHAN BOTH PERFORMED IN THE DANCE OFF. FIND OUT WHO WAS VOTED OFF HERE….
Denise Van Outen was top of the pile for just a week on Strictly Come Dancing and enjoyed almost a full seven days of being bookies favourite to win.
However she had a bit of a slip up in her routine last night and was beat to the top spot on the leaderboard by Olympic gymnast Louis Smith and as a result, William Hill are backing the hunk to take the glitterball trophy later this month.

Yes, it’s been a couple of weeks since we’ve done this, mostly because it an exhausting process, and *sob* you never leave me any comments! So tonight, I’m gonna type my feelings about the show directly in here, and hopefully you lot will banter and chat with me in the comments. Strictly Come Dancing moved into it’s ninth week last night and there were some very clear front runners.
Denise Van Outen and James Jordan may have messed up during one section of their dance but the judges still raved about their energy and her showmanship, they were just as positive about Kimberley Walsh’s routine.
Louis Smith was back on top and made his way to the first spot on the leader board again, after a few weeks of lingering at the middle and once more Lisa Riley pulled a comedic and lively performance out of the bag, much to the judges’ praise.

Michael Vaughan admitted that he was worried about his samba before he took to the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor this evening.
The cricket star generally struggles with the Latin dances more than he does the ballroom ones and this week he has put in hours and ours more training as he tried to perfect the fast paced routine.
