Mike Tyson has denied rumours that he would be joining the lineup for this year’s series of Celebrity Big Brother.
The retired boxing champion was reported to be considering entering the famous reality TV household next month, when the show makes it’s debut on it’s new home at Channel 5.
However he has categorically denied the reports taking to his Twitter page to set fans straight earlier today.

The Daily Star today reports that Mike Tyson – who’s rumoured to be on the shortlist for this year’s Celebrity Big Brother – was “offered a sex session” with Michael Jackson’s sister La Toya Jackson, by her “abusive husband” Jack Gordon.
La Toya, who was formerly a housemate on Channel 4’s Celebrity Big Brother, was also reportedly forced to take part in group sex sessions and to pose for Playboy.
La Toya made the revelations while appearing on US chat show ‘The Talk’, where she added, “Tyson later told my mother and father and some other friends that Gordon had told him if he wanted to sleep with me he had to pay $100,000 (£60,000).
“I was in brothels and everything. It was everything I was against.
“He made me do Playboy twice and had me sit on the stage and say: ‘Oh no, it was all my idea.’
“And I had to do that because I knew that what he said he would do, he would do it.” Read more & comment »
The Daily Star today reports that Channel 5 bosses are eager to sign up notorious boxer Mike Tyson for the show this year.
44 year old Tyson, whose nickname is ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ is of course one of the most controversial figures in the world of boxing, especially since he was jailed for rape in 1992.
And in 1997, he bit off a part of Evander Holyfield’s ear, so personally, I’m not sure I’d want to be stuck in a tense house with him for any length of time!
However, ‘Iron Mike’ could do with the money for sure, since he was declared bankrupt some years ago and became drug addicted. Read more & comment »
