Josie Gibson has admitted that she had a blast when filming the recent Big Brother advert.

The 60 second promo had it’s first airing on Channel 5 last week and featured a whole host of famous Big Brother faces, you can check out the video and a list of stars who took part here.

Speaking about the day she spent on the set of the advert, Josie told OK that she had so much fun with some of her female co-stars, saying:

“They have just started broadcasting the new Big Brother advert – it was so much fun taking part in it. I met Jodie Marsh, who is such a nice girl and nothing like how she is portrayed.

“Saskia Howard-Clarke was lush and Nikki Grahame always cracks me up.”

The buxom blonde also revealed that she is hoping her career will have a resurgence when the show launches on Channel 5 and she is planning to make lots of commentary on the series, which she won last year.

Josie added:

“I can’t wait for Big Brother’s return. I’m hoping to take part by doing a bit of reporting and maybe being on the odd panel.

“It was a stroke of genius getting Brian Dowling and Emma Willis to present – they have such a love and understanding of the show.”

We’ve been waiting all day and at 9.55pm this evening, this year’s first full length Big Brother promo aired on Channel 5.

It was like a who’s who of famous BB faces from years gone by and we had quite a lot of fun spotting and naming some of our favourite (and also most annoying) housemates.

We have compiled most of them in a list below, though we know there are some names missing, so feel free to leave a comment below if you can identify any more.

The video starts out with Makosi on the phone and leads into various cast members dancing and miming to an adaptation of David Guetta’s popular dance track – When Love Takes Over renamed When Bruv Takes Over and at the end, as all the BB stars gathered in what looked like a massive field, Marcus Bentley exclaimed:

‘It’s back and it’s ready to take over your summer! Big Brother 2011 starts with Celebrity Big Brother, coming soon to Channel 5.’

Channel 5 has finally announced some Big Brother news and has started supplying some hard facts and details about the upcoming series.

This morning it has been confirmed that Brian Dowling will present the main show, with Emma Willis as the host of it’s nightly spinoff and on the cover of today’s Daily Star a whole host of former housemates have been featured in a photo shoot to promote the new series.

In the photo splashed across the front of the newspaper are Pete Bennett, Craig Phillips, Nikki Grahame, Victor Ebuwa, Samanda, Glyn Wise and Nichola Holt and a few more familiar faces.

Michelle Bass also confirmed recently that she worked on a new ad for Big brother’s return, she tweeted:

“long day filming today but so lovely to see old faces again! excited for the new bb series to start!”

The ad is said to feature around 500 extras, and around 20 former stars of the show. As well as those mentioned above, the ex-housemates will also include Makosi Musambasi, Saskia Howard-Clarke, Josie Gibson, Jodie Marsh, John McCririck, Nick Bateman, Mutya Buena, Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton!

Celebrity Big brother launches on Channel 5 next month and will be succeeded by a non-celeb version straight away.

Big Brother star Nikki Grahame, said that a return to the show helped her gain weight, despite her battle with anorexia.

Grahame first shot to fame on the 2006 series of BB and returned to the reality TV show last month, for it’s final series. She revealed to Now magazine that she managed to put on 5lbs during her two week stint.

She told the magazine: “I used to have the figure of an eight-year-old girl, but now I feel a lot more feminine. I haven’t got protruding shoulder or hip bones any more and I’ve finally got a bottom.

“I didn’t fixate on my weight, which I would’ve done had I been outside the house. I only noticed I was heavier when my jeans started to dig into my waist and became tight around my leg,” she told the magazine, which is out today.

“I couldn’t believe it when I found out that I’d put on 5lb. That might not sound that much, but it was a lot for me and for someone who’s so slight.”

On tonight’s Big Brother show…..

10.45am

Preston and Nick are at the Carousel

Preston and Nick are in the garden, they are talking about housemates that could win the final. Preston thinks that if Nick won it would complete the Big Brother circle and end a 10 year storyline.

Some of the housemates are in the Bedroom. Brian starts a conversation about how people judge too easily in society, people think looks and weight matter too much. This prompts Vanessa to talk about her weight. She says she’d like to be a size 12. She adds that she lost weight when she got married the first time, and when she got divorced.

12.48 pm

Brian, Victor and Nick are in the bathroom.

Victor and Nick play a game where they follow Brian around the house, they say that it is the Brian show and the only way to guarantee air time is to follow him around the house.

Back in the Living Room Brian now has all of the housemates following him, he tries to escape by climbing on the kitchen table. Vanessa says “Do you need me to throw my bulk between you and the ravelling hoards?” Victor and Nick walk away but tell Brian that they will be back

1.59pm

Davina is in the diary room.

Big Brother says she has time to snoop around the house for a bit and have a spy. Davina says that her being in the house one final time just “feels right” and with that she heads into the house

Davina heads into the Bathroom where she is greeted by the Tree of Temptation who asks her to rummage around inside his drawers. Davina finds a letter from home for each of the housemates. The Tree tasks her to get each housemate on their own, read them the letter, say they are her favourite and swear them to secrecy. Then he adds “And Davina, you are not live on Channel 4, so swear as much as you ****** like!” he then adds “I love you”. Davina tries hard not to cry, and rubs her eye.

The shutters from the Garden rise to reveal Davina waiting for the housemates in the living room. Victor notices first saying ‘that’s Davina McCall’ he runs in and hugs her followed by the rest of the housemates.

Davina comments on all of them saying to Chantelle that she cries a lot. She then takes the housemates one by one off to the Closet in the Bedroom in order to carry out her secret task.

She takes Chantelle first and tells her she “loves her vulnerability and that’s why you are my favourite” before reading Chantelle a letter from her mum.

Brian speculates as to what is happening before being taken by Davina. Brian cries when he hears that his nephews are enjoying “watching their funny uncle who now lives in the telly.”

Meanwhile, in the living room, Chantelle is giving clues as to what the surprise is. “It’s the one thing you could have wished for most about being in here.” Nikki looks confused before saying “Is it that Big Brother is going to continue?” “Yes, you can stay for ever.” replies Ulrika.

Next is Preston who hugs Davina when she says he is her favourite before being read a letter from his family.

Michelle’s letter is from her Fiancé within the message it says “see you at the alter in a few weeks”. A shocked Michelle realises he has organised their wedding day.

Ulrika’s letter is from her husband and children and Vanessa ‘s letter is from Ben, her partner, and her children who say they are proud of the new person she has become.

Nikki gets a letter from her mum who says she is enjoying seeing her on television.

Davina tells Nick she likes the not-so-nasty Nick as she continues her task of telling all the housemates they are her favourite. She reads a letter from his wife, which says now the world knows that really he’s nice.

When Davina tells Victor he is her favourite, he says “Oh I’m sure you told everyone that!”

Davina heads back to the living room with the housemates and is called by Big Brother as it is her time to leave. She says her goodbyes and begins to cry as she feels it is the end of a chapter. In the Diary room she leaves a message to Big Brother to say thank you for letting her in the house one final time to say goodbye. She says it has been a privilege to work on such a great show over the years, “I love this show. I always have. It’s been unreal.” A tearful Davina leaves the diary room and the house.

3.30pm

Chantelle, Preston and Vanessa are in the kitchen

Vanessa thinks she will go during eviction but Preston says it would only be because she was the last one in and thus more likely to be the next one out of the house.

Some of the housemates are at the carousel talking about Davina’s visit to the house

Ulrika says to the others how it was funny that Davina said to Chantelle to stop crying, to which Brian suggests she the reason she is so emotional is because of Preston. Victor says its stupid how she doesn’t talk to him about how she feels even though he sleeps in the next bed, he says they both knew they were coming in and should have addressed the situation sooner. Brian says that Chantelle is still in love with Preston and Victor says Preston must know this ‘he is not stupid, if everyone else in the world knows then he must as well’

4.15pm

Nikki is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother. She says that Davina coming in the house has reminded her that the show is coming to the end. She begins to cry saying she is sad Big Brother is ending as it turned her life around. “I must look like such an idiot [to] the outside world, but it’s how I feel.”

6.33pm

Brian is in the kitchen throwing peanuts into Chantelle and Prestons mouths, he says “this is like feeding time at the zoo”

Vanessa and Ulrika are in the Bathroom. Vanessa says to Ulrika that she is grateful that they both have been here in the house together, despite Vanessa snoring. They speak about how the younger housemates have been so nice to them even though they are the two ‘oldies’ Ulrika agrees saying that despite Vanessa thinking she is going she hopes she stays saying ‘I hope at the end of the night you are still on sitting their on that sofa’

9.22pm

Big Brother has gathered all of the housemates at the sofas for tonight’s evictions.

Michelle is the first person to be evicted from the house, she receives cheers from the crowd outside which pleases her housemates. Victor says to Nick that if he survives this eviction he “could be a dangerous player”

Vanessa is the next housemate to be evicted. She says thank you to the housemates for ‘being lovely’ to which Victor replies ‘you have done yourself proud’ before she heads up the steps and leaves.

The remaining housemates celebrate being in the final. Nick says he saw a rainbow and made a wish. The housemates congratulate him and then Nick says: “Now the evil starts!”

11.54pm

Nikki and Preston are at the carousel. Big Brother has provided Housemates with some alcohol.

Nikki and Preston talk about tonight’s evictions. Nikki says she thinks Vanessa only went because she came in last. They talk about Nick seeing a rainbow and Nikki says she wishes she saw one too.

Victor and Chantelle are in the bedroom talking about Preston.

Victor says to Chantelle that when her and Preston get out they have to just see how it goes and see where life takes them, he says that he thinks the two of them ‘have a chance’ and after Chantelle says ‘why’ Victor shouts ‘He is crazy about you’. He says they should talk about things together and Chantelle asks Victor not to tell Preston

Nick is in the Diary Room. He says Ultimate Big Brother has given him back his confidence that he, “rightly”, lost after Big Brother 1.

12.26am

Preston and Chantelle are in the bedroom. Preston asks if Chantelle was buzzing about seeing Davina. Preston says she made him feel better. He says he thought he heard “get Preston out” when Nadia was evicted.

Some of the housemates are in the garden. Brian comments to the others that Preston and Chantelle are in bed at the same time.

Preston says to Chantelle in the bedroom its funny that they have both now done two finals, Chantelle says to him “I couldn’t have done it without you.”

Preston wonders if people will be different now outside the house and come up to them in the street. Chantelle says she is just excited to see her mum. Preston ends the conversation before bed saying it is weird to think they are on Big Brother and “it doesn’t even feel like anyone is watching.”

Brian, Chantelle, Nick, Nikki, Preston, Ulrika and Victor are the finalists on Ultimate Big Brother.

Ultimate Big Brother’s Nikki Grahame, has claimed that she looks ‘ugly’ compared to the other female housemates.

As Nikki and Michelle got ready in front of the bedroom mirror, Grahame criticised the housemates constant primping and preening and exclaimed:

“I look so ugly compared to everyone in here. Everyone gets so glammed up.”

“I would never put make up on in the outside world unless I was going out,” she whined. “It’s so annoying.”

Michelle tried to defend the other girls, saying:

“It’s like going somewhere where you know your picture’s gonna be taken, innit,”

“I just don’t like it unless there’s a reason,” Nikki insisted. “I’m just going about my business.”

In the end Nikki shouted:

“That’s it! I have no time to do that anymore. I do not care!”

For this week’s shopping task, Housemates have been reliving significant moments from the past ten years of Big Brother. Starting yesterday, this will take place over three days, culminating in a live performance of Pie Jesu by Michelle on the live show in front of tonight’s eviction crowd.

The task continues today for Nikki. This morning, Nikki will be a high powered personal assistant to no other than Big Brother 7 winner, Pete Bennett. Mr Bennett has a very busy day and can occasionally be very demanding. To pass her part of the shopping task Nikki must ensure she completes all of his demands.

The demands are:
” To write a column about the Housemates and their week in the House.
” To freshly squeeze an orange juice for Mr Bennett
” To separate paper clips into colour order
” To sharpen 50 blunt pencils
” To tidy the Kitchen and Living Room
” To make teas and coffees for the House

For the task, Nikki will be provided with a desk which she must sit at unless Pete has ordered her to do something that requires her to leave her work station. Nikki has five hours to complete the task.

Yesterday, Makosi, Brian and Michelle, Nadia and Victor all took part in their challenges. The results are as follows:

Makosi

As Makosi has worn her costume for the whole day, she has passed this part of the task. She also attended a date with ex fellow Housemate, Anthony Hutton. She has now passed all of her part of this week’s shopping task.

Brian

As Brian successfully got to the stage within 30 seconds for his entire dance triggers and danced for the duration of the songs he has so far passed his part of the task.

Chantelle, Nadia and Victor

Kandy Floss with a K successfully sang a rendition of “I Want It All” complete with dance routine, and have therefore passed their part of the task.

Ultimate Big Brother’s Ulrika Jonsson has hit out at her fellow housemate Nikki Grahame.

Nikki irritated the group by shouting about their noisy snoring in the middle of the night, before storming off to the diary room.

In a conversation with Michelle Bass this morning, Ulrika claimed that she would never let any of her four children away with such bratty behaviour.

She said:

“No-one says anything in here. On the outside, at home with four kids, I can’t allow one to behave like that because they’d all take advantage. There’s an acceptance that that’s the way she is.”

Ulrika continued: “It extends completely into the day. If she’s upset about something, we know about it. If she’s happy about something, we’re all expected to be happy. She sort of looks after herself, she doesn’t do much communally.”

Michelle told Ulrika about Victor’s earlier comments saying:

“I think if she says something tonight… I think Victor’s reached the end of his tether now.”

Speaking to Brian Dowling later in the morning, Ulrika continued:

“Every single thing she does is a selfish step.”

However, Brian tried to defend his pal, saying:

“She only realises afterwards. During, because it affects her, it has to stop. And then a few hours later she goes, ‘Oh my God, you’re right’.”

“She’s used to people not saying anything to her,” Ulrika concluded.

Ultimate Big Brother housemate Victor Ebuwa has warned his fellow housemates that he will go into “nuclear meltdown” if Nikki Grahame complains about his snoring tonight.

In the early hours of this morning, Nikki claimed that she could hear snoring coming from all directions and yelled at her sleeping friends before storming off to the diary room.

This morning she accused Nick Bateman of being a main offender, even though he claimed that he has never snored in his life. Michelle then told Nikki: “At one point, you went, ‘Nick!’ and he wasn’t even in the room.” Nikki looked embarrassed and apologised.

Victor told Michelle: “If it happens tonight, that’s it. I’ve waited long enough. If it happens tonight – nuclear meltdown!”

Michelle worried:

“I’m now worried about snoring because if I do, she’s going to get in my face about it. That’s more annoying than anyone actually snoring!”

Victor added: “Meltdown will occur tonight, I think. Oh well, it’s been a good run.”

Nikki Grahame was at her wits end last night, as her sleep was interrupted by Victor’s snoring.

The moany Ultimate Big Brother housemate resorted to throwing spoons at ‘Slick Man’ to get his attention and when he asked her what was wrong she exclaimed:

“Victor please stop snoring.”

He insisted:

“I’m not snoring! I’m not even asleep yet.”

Nikki stuck her head under blankets and insisted:

“I can hear you, please just stop!”
