Wife Swap , the BAFTA-award-winning hit series, is back with a celebrity swap. The recently married Pete Burns and his husband, Michael Simpson, swap places with the hard man of football, the notorious Neil “Razor” Ruddock, and his partner, ex-page-three glamour girl Leah Newman.

No one gets the better of Pete, and husband Michael takes care of everything in Pete’s life. By contrast, Ruddock’s partner Leah would love some more me-time in her life. Wife Swap: The Aftermath follows on E4, with Pete, Michael, Neil and Leah meeting again after watching the show go out.

Big Brother housemates Pete Bennett and Aisleyne almostadmitted to each other their true feelings last night.

Pete told Aisleyne about Michaels shock revelation that he fancies Pete, Aisleyne replied “Everyone fancies you, except me.”

After a brief silence, Pete says: “Spin the bottle was fun, wasn’t it? I just thought I’d mention that.”

“Yeah it was good. We should have played it for longer,” giggles Aisleyne.

The two disapperaed into the diary room a few minutes later, much to the annoyance of Nikki who said to Jayne They’re kissing and all sorts in there, I’ve got f****** feelings for him.

“Pete has changed since Lea left, he’s turned into some arrogant f******* a***.”

Another day, another love triangle in the Big Brother house!

The curse of Big Brother has lived on. After a visit to the mental hospital and a run in with the police, Pete Burns has now been arrested! This time for allegedly attacking his Ex-Boyfriend Michael Simpson.

Pete laid into Michael after he arrived at ‘The Ghetto Club’ in London.

An eye witness told The Star: “Michael arrived and suddenly there was all this shouting and screaming. Pete saw Michael and went for him.”

We recently did an article on The Curse that has hit former Big Brother contestants, and now it seems that Pete Burns has fallen foul of this curse.

Not only was Pete escorted from a hotel by police this week due to an unpaid bill, but it has been claimed that Pete has now checked into a Mental Hospital as he is said to be suffering from sleep deprivation and exhaustion.

Poor Pete, I wonder who the curse will strike next……..Please God let it be George Galloway!

Pete Burns has claimed that the recent series of Celebrity Big Brother was rigged so that the non-celebrity Chantelle Houghton would win.

“I am absolutely confident, whether they want to sue me or not, that it’s rigged. It was obvious Chantelle was going to win,” he said.

Pete Burns of band Dead Or Alive also criticised the editing team stating “Everybody has a role that they’re edited into, it’s an extremely creative show that’s put together by a team of eminent psychologists to hit people’s trigger points.”

Its obvious that Pete feels hard done by. At heart he is clearly a sweet little pussy cat who wouldn’t hurt a fly, but that big bad editing team made him look like a school bully and a nasty spiteful man/woman. If we the public had seen the true him of course we would have wanted Pete instead of Chantelle to win!

Pull the other one Pete!

I can think of more romantic ways to break the news but yesterday saw Pete Burns and his now fiance Michael Simpson showing off their diamonte skull rings and announcing their engagement live on Richard and Judys Channel 4 show.

Pete told Richard and Judy: “We’ve been together in a former life.

“I lost him a lifetime ago and I’ve been looking for him ever since. He’s a physical part of me.�

The celebrity big brother contestant said of the jewellery: “It symbolises that underneath all this there is bone and underneath that is soul.�

However Michael did seem to be sporting a bit of a black eye at the time, I wonder if Pete had to beat him into the decision!

They were tipped all week as being the new number one of the singles chart but it seems that the three weeks of heavy promotion of his single by Preston in the Big Brother house wasn’t enough to guarantee the top spot.

This week saw the top ten dominated by Big Brother singles, with The Ordinary boys reaching number three with their single “Boys Will Be Boys” and Pete Burns band ‘Dead Or Alive” reached number five with ‘You Spin Me Round’.

Pete Burns has expressed his disgust at the imminent re-release of his hit single ‘You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)’. He told Big Brother’s Davina McCall: “I’m sick of that song. It’s like still wearing school uniform when you’re 50.”

The track which was penned by Stock Aiken and Waterman (also responsible for Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan!) was a number one hit for Pete Burns and his band Dead Or Alive in 1985, it was re-released in 2003 but only reached number 23 in the charts. Lets hope it does a bit better this time, I’m sure Pete could do with topping up the pension fund!

Leaving the Big Brother house in a hail of boos, ol’ rubber face Pete Burns (whose last significant job was in the 80’s fronting one-hit wonders Dead Or Alive) has finished in 5th place.

It was almost impossible to hear the interview over the mob chanting “Off, off, off”.

I’m so glad to see that guy out of the house, if only to get “Dude Looks Like A Lady” out of my head! That expressionless face, those evil piercing eyes, the weirdo lips.

The lips. Ha! That dude could fall on his face and he’d bounce straight back up! What a nasty, nasty, nasty piece of work….

Take comfort, people, in the news that they’re releasing “You Spin Me Right Round” again. Expect to see Pete in (yet another) Channel 4 80’s retrospective coming to your screen.
