Stephen Mulhern has detailed his Britain’s Got Talent judging wishlist.
After it was revealed that Michael McIntyre will not be returning to the show for the 2012 series and that David Hasselhoff may have been sacked from the panel, the amateur magician admitted that he would loved to see both Adele and Peter Kay joining the lineup.
The 34-year-old star – who presents ITV2 spin-off show ‘Britain’s Got More Talent’ – claims that the ‘Rolling In The Deep’ hitmaker and the TV funnyman would be “exceptionally good” replacements for the outgoing panel members.

Bangshowbiz today reports that the spoof track performed by Susan Boyle and Peter Kay for Comic Relief is set to become a global hit as it’s currently topping the iTunes chart.
The track was of course a spoof of the original Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson hit, and saw Peter Kay singing as his alter ego Geraldine McQueen and Britain’s Got Talent finalist Susan Boyle in curly wig.
Fans in Australia, the US, Canada and Asia have reportedly “swamped” Comic Relief headquarters with calls asking where they can buy the track and video. Read more & comment »

After a slightly disappointing Downton Abbey sketch and a very mediocre Take That performance, tonight’s Comic Relief was lifted by the hilariously funny duet between Peter Kay and Susan Boyle.
The famous pair collaborated on the Chess song ‘I Know Him So Well’, originally a hit for Subo’s idol Elaine Paige and her pal Barbara Dickson.

Peter Kay and Susan Boyle have recorded a duet in aid of Comic Relief.
The TV funnyman will appear as his well known character Geraldine McQueen in a collaboration with the Britain’s Got Talent star on a cover of Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson’s ‘I Know Him So Well’.
The video for the song has already been recorded and will be shown during the BBC Comic Relief show tomorrow night.

We just love the new Marks and Spencer ad for Christmas!
The disco themed advert stars usual models Dannii Minogue, Twiggy, Lisa Snowdon, Ana Beatriz Barros, VV Brown as well as new male faces Jamie Redknapp and Peter Kay.
The stars are seen in the video below, busting some moves to the iconic Bee Gees track You Should Be Dancing. We loved Peter’s comedic routines, however does anyone else think that Jamie got off very lightly by playing the DJ role?

Former Pop Idol winner, Michelle McManus has said that she wasn’t offended when she realised that Peter Kay’s Geraldine McQueen was based on her.
On the Channel 4 parody, Britain’s Got The Pop Factor…. McQueen, wore similar outfits to Michelle, sported an almost identical hairstyle and ‘The Winner’s Song’ single cover was eerily similar to the cover of Michelle’s debut album The Meaning Of Love.
Speaking to the Daily Record, McManus admitted: “Peter looks identical to me. He’s a big guy. I’m a big girl. Put a wig on him and he really did look like me on Pop Idol. Just look at the album cover.

Simon Cowell is rumoured to have fallen out with pal, Pete Waterman after he took the mickey out of talent show judges on Peter Kay’s new Channel 4 comedy.
Pete told The Sun: “Simon isn’t returning my phone calls. He’s one of my best mates but has fallen out with me. He hasn’t got a sense of humour.”
Pete recently rang Simon to gloat about the Channel 4 show’s success.
He said: “I rang him so he could say, ‘Your comedy acting is genius, Pete’. But it seems he doesn’t think it’s at all funny.”

Peter Kay has beaten former X Factor winner, Leon Jackson, in the battle for number one single this week, with his spoof reality TV show song, )’The Winners Song.’
Kay’s single was co-written by himself and Gary Barlow and was featured in last weeks satire, Britain’s got the Pop Factor, which played on talent shows such as The X Factor and Pop Idol.
Kay charted at number two with Leon coming in at the number three spot. Pink beat both with her track, ‘So What.’
Geraldine sent a message of consolation to Jackson.
