Christine Bleakley has revealed how she plans to approach her new presenting role on Dancing On Ice….she’s going to do what she is told.
The Daybreak presenter and former One Show star will take the place of Holly Willoughby when the show returns to our TV screens in January and admitted that producers don’t want too many changes in style and have insisted that the series should ‘carry on as it has been,’ with Phillip Schofield taking the lead in presenting duties.

Phillip Schofield has revealed that he and Christine Bleakley will get to know each other better over dinner, before they start work on ITV’s Dancing On Ice.
The This Morning host will invite the brunette beauty and her fiance Frank Lampard for a meal with him and his wife Stephanie Lowe, before the series kicks off in January.

Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley will host the new series of Dancing on Ice when the hugely popular entertainment show returns next year.
The seventh series of the ITV Studios produced hit show returns in January 2012 with a brand new line-up of celebrity skaters. Last year’s show averaged 9.0 million viewers across its twelve week run in the winter of 2011, with the most watched show attracting a peak of over 11 million viewers.

Phillip Schofrield has admitted that he is worried about what might become of Frankie Cocozza, now that he has left The X factor.
The 18 year old singer was eliminated from the show yesterday, after it was reported that he broke one of the bosses’ ‘golden rules’. It has been claimed today that producers were angry after finding out that the Brighton lad had been boasting about taking cocaine and enjoying an all night sex session just hours before Sunday’s results show.

On Saturday night’s X Factor show we saw Kitty Brucknell dressed as Alice In Wonderland and her performance of ‘It’s Oh So Quiet’ took place at the Mad Hatter’s tea party, while fellow contestant sang Kylie Minogue’s ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ dressed as a Japanese Geisha girl.
One person who isn’t happy with the way Louis Walsh is portraying his acts is This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield.
Speaking about the live show today, the silver fox berated the Irish star for giving his contestants such ridiculous costumes and stage sets, saying:

Phillip Schofield has admitted that he was sorry to see the back of Amelia Lily on tonight’s X Factor show.
The This Morning host was speaking with Caroline Flack and Olly Murs on The Xtra Factor when he explained that he thought the 16 year old singer was ‘amazing’ on last night’s live episode, but conceded that Kelly Rowland had a very difficult situation on her hands because all her acts were so talented.

Everyone seems desperate to know what could be coming on this week’s X Factor live show and just what the big twist that was teased last night might be.
As the final judges houses show came to an end, Dermot O’Leary announced that there will be a big shock for viewers that tune in on Saturday night and for once, the papers haven’t leaked the story immediately after the announcement.

Holly Willoughby’s close pal Stephen Mulhern has admitted that he is hoping he’s top of the list to become her new daughter’s godfather.
The Dancing On Ice host gave birth to baby Belle earlier this month and while Mulhern wants to step in and hold a special place in the tot’s life, he confessed that he might face competition from another TV star.

This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield has been keeping viewers and Twitter fans updated on Holly Willoughby’s labour, and it seems the latest news is that Holly’s not as yet in “full blown” labour.
Earlier, Phillip tweeted, “Just spoke to @hollywills who says thanks so much for all your good wishes.
“Here’s the current situation, obviously if the baby arrived over the last few days it would be quite early…

The Daily Mail today reports that in the 48 hours since This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby went into labour, some 675,000 Twitter fans are following her progress.
And as of last night, via Twitter, her co-presenter Phillip Schofield revealed that Holly is still in the early stages of labour.
He tweeted, “For everyone asking. News from @hollywills is that there’s no news really.
“Everyone fine, but very tired, still no new baby though’.
The paper adds, “It is thought Miss Willoughby, 30, has given her blessing to the coverage as she in fact broke the news that she was pregnant with her second child on Twitter back in November.”
Meanwhile, Holly’s agent John Knight told the paper, “We’re still waiting for news, I don’t think her waters have broken yet so it could be a little while, we just don’t know.” Read more & comment »
