Steve Jones has denied rumours that he is to be sacked from The X Factor USA.
It was reported yesterday that the hunky Welsh star would not be invited back to present the 2012 series of the hit Fox talent competition, because despite his good looks and great style, viewers have just not warmed to him.
Insiders claimed that his inefficiency at handling the Rachel Crow situation last week, just strengthened bosses’ resolve to find a new host of The X Factor, when it returns next year.

Fox bosses have reportedly decided that Steve Jones will not be fronting the X Factor USA for a second season next year.
Simon Cowell was sure that the Welsh star had the looks and the style to appeal to the American public but apparently he did not have the personality and as critics widely agree that Jones has been a terrible presenter for the new talent series, executives are thought to have told Cowell that they won’t be having his boy back in 2012.

Rachel Crow became quite the talking point, after she collapsed in floods of tears on The X Factor USA last week and it seems that some celebrities felt just as bad to see her cry as we did.

The pair competed in a fraught sing off in which young Rachel took on Ella Fitzgerald’s I’d Rather Go Blind, while Marcus crooned the Rose Royce track I’m Going Down.

Young Rachel Crow took to the X Factor USA stage last night and shone with her version of ‘Walking On Sunshine’ by Katrina and the Waves.
Or was it her version?
After the 13 year old singer from Longmont, Colorado performed the energetic number on the hit Fox talent show, Simon Cowell claimed that the adaptation he made to the lyrics for Rachel’s performance was him ‘being inventive’ but we’d claim that actually, it was him being a copycat!

Rachel Crow made her TV debut on last night’s X factor USA series premiere.
The 13 year old singer was cuter than cute when she first appeared on the new Fox talent competition and on why she decided to enter, she told cameras:
I really want to be a singer. I sing all the time, everywhere I go. My sister says it’s because I’m crazy, but I don’t think I’m crazy, I think I just love singing.
This audition is the most important thing I have ever done, in my life.
