jamie Oliver hopes to change attitudes and opinions of cooks all over the UK with his new Channel 4 show, Jamie At Home. Jamie hopes that he can convince people to grow their own vegetables, instead of relying on supermarkets, and believes that it is easier than it looks.

“I think some of the worst problems we’ve had in cooking, not just in terms of health, but in the flavour, have been about being disconnected from where our food comes from,” Oliver told the Manchester Evening News. “It sounds rather worthy, but just put a packet of seeds in the ground, grow it into something, and you will just love it. A source tells the Sunday Mirror, “Mel saw how positive the show was for Heather’s profile in the States and she’s keen to use it to reinvent herself.”

British born and bred, Gordon Ramsay and Cat Deeley have enjoyed the kind of success across the pond that most TV stars can only dream of.

It has been announced this week that both stars have been asked to front a fourth series of their show, Gordon will be doing Hell’s Kitchen USA, and Cat will be fronting yet another series of So You Think You Can Dance.

Both stars third series are currently airing on US networks. Hell’s Kitchen drew a whopping 8 million viewers last week and Cat’s dance show si the number one show in it’s time slot.
