American Idol presenter Ryan Seacrest has admitted that he has been saddened by the news that Paula Abdul won’t be returning to the show.
Paula announced on Twitter this morning that she wouldn’t be back, Ryan responded to the news on his Twitter account saying:
The Hollywood reporter has reported that ABC is teaming up with Jamie Oliver and Ryan Seacrest for a new reality TV show in the States.
The series, will eb based on Jamie’s Channel 4 School Dinners campaign, and will see Oliver travel all over America trying to change peoples unhealthy eating habits.
“I couldn’t do what I do in terms of my schedule if I didn’t eat right and exercise right,” said Seacrest. “As a kid I was chubby, and I’m a firm believer that the fuel we put into our body results in a healthy lifestyle.”
American Idol presenter Ryan Seacrest has said he would love to cross the Atlantic and host a show in the UK.
Seacrest added that he would be particularly tempted by a role on the X Factor so he could take on carry on his battle with his long-time adversary, judge Simon Cowell.
“I need to come over there!” he said at the My Coke Fest festival in Detroit, Michigan, where he introduced the new Coke track, Open Happiness.
Simon Cowell has proved that he isn’t as callous as we might think by admitting that he isn’t yet over his ex girlfriend Terri Seymour.
Simon recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in the US when he said: “I’m not so much single, I think that I am in mourning – I think that’s more respectable.”
Idol host Ryan Seacrest, teased him saying: “How could you possibly love anyone? You’re in love with yourself so much.”
American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has defended the decision made by show bosses to disqualify finalist Joanna Pacitti.
News emerged yesterday that the singer had been replaced in the final 36 by 26 year old Felicia Barton after speculation that Joanna was too close to some of the members of the production team on the show.
Speaking to Fox News, Seacrest explained: “The producers do the background checks right around Hollywood [round]. When they see something that stands out, they have to address it.
