With the ninth series of the hit ITV2 reality show, The Only Way Is Essex, about to begin filming in Marbella this week, one of its main stars, Joey Essex, threatened to quit the show unless he is offered a better deal, the Sun newspaper reports.
Joey, who quite clearly isn’t as stupid as we all thought as he has left it to the last minute knowing that Ryan Air don’t give refunds on tickets to Marbs, is one of the shows biggest stars, pulling in the most viewers during series 8 when he proposed to his co-star girlfriend Sam Faiers in Dubai.

The Only Way Is Essex stars, Sam and Billie Faiers, are celebrating today as their stepfather has been released from prison, having only served 4 months for his part in an n armed gold bullion heist last year, the Daily Mail reports.
David Chatwood was sentenced for four years for his part in the £1million gold bar robbery in December last year. However, due to spending 7 and a half months in remand, his sentence was reduced making him eligible for early release this month.

Newly engaged The Only Way Is Essex star, Sam Faiers, has revealed that when she and partner Joey Essex get their own house, all the DIY jobs will be left to her as Joey is useless!
Joey and Sam kept the nation guessing for the last two series’ as to whether or not they would get engaged, but we were all delighted when, during last week’s series finale, Joey dropped to one knee after whisking Sam away for a surprise holiday in Dubai, and asked her to be Mrs Essex.

After The Only Way Is Essex star, Joey Essex, finally proposed to co-star girlfriend Sam Faiers during the last series finale, we had all started to get our hats out contemplating the first ever TOWIE wedding, but it seems we may be disappointed.

The Only Way Is Essex star, Joey Essex, has launched his new hair care range, D’Reem, at a star-studded event in his hometown of Essex last night.
Joey, who fans watched finally propose to his long-term girlfriend and co-star Sam Faiers during Wednesday night’s series finale, turned up at the event, held at former co-star Mick Norcross infamous nightclub Sugar Hut, with a group of young mini-Joey Essex’ all dressed the same as the reality star in blue jeans, white T-shirts and black leather jackets, as pictures in today’s Sun newspaper show.

After months of will-they-wont-they regarding the ‘engagement’ of The Only Way Is Essex stars Sam Faiers and Joey Essex, it would seem that the question is just about to be popped!
Fans of the hit ITV2 reality show will know how most of this series and last all eyes have been on Sam and Joey, and the lack of bling on her left index finger, but frequent arguments and a relationship break over last Christmas left many wondering if there would ever be a TOWIE wedding.
