Shaheen Jafargholi, will host a radio show dedicated to Michael jackson in August of this year.

The 12 year old presented a show for Swansea Bay Radio back in May and has promised to return this August to present a memorial show.

Andy Griffiths from the radio station told The Sun: “Basically, Shaheen did a bank holiday show for us back in May when he was just starting up in Britain’s Got Talent.

“We also invited his mum on and she and he played his favourite songs.

“Afterwards he promised to come back and do another show at the next bank holiday which is August.

“He is down to come in again on August 31 and we will be making it a Michael Jackson special.”

Shaheen Jafargholi has admitted that he is nervous to be singing at Michael Jackson’s memorial service today.

Jafargholi told The Sun: “Michael was a huge inspiration to me. I’m nervous, but I’m honoured and privileged to have been invited to perform here.”

A source said: “Michael saw a clip from Britain’s Got Talent on YouTube. He thought it was fantastic and was even considering getting him on stage to perform with him at some of his O2 shows later this year.”

Simon Cowell said: “It’s an incredible honour for Shaheen. Michael was his idol. We’re so proud of him.”

Amanda Holden added: “Shaheen has a truly remarkable voice. I have no doubt Michael Jackson would have loved that he’s there.”

Disney are said to be keen to sign Britain’s Got Talent singer Shaheen Jafargholi and turn him into their next child star.

The Sun reports that Disney bosses contacted Simon Cowell about Shaheen last week, before the show’s final. Cowell is said to be “keen in principle”.

A source told The Sun: “Disney have been watching Shaheen. They are looking at potential movie roles that will make him an international superstar.

“It just shows the level of talent this year that one of the world’s biggest film companies wants to sign him when he did not even make the top three. And Disney really know how to create superstars.”

12 year old Shaheen Jafargholi isn’t feeling nervous about his song choice on tonight’s show despite being stopped by Simon Cowell during his first audition.

Speaking to The Sun this morning, his mum Karen revealed: “He’s confident about his choice.

“If Simon doesn’t like it there’s nothing we can do about it.”

She promised: “It’s not going to be another Michael Jackson song, there will be a lot of variety tonight.

“He’s very calm, he takes everything in his stride. I just leave him to get on with it.

“It’s all down to the night, everybody’s got a good chance.

“He’s done everybody proud.”

Shaheen has been singing all his life but properly started when he was 5. His Mum took him to his first singing lesson when he was 7 and has never looked back. Shaheen attends part time stage school (every Saturday) which he has been doing since he was 5. He loves the stage and performs regularly as part of his stage school and also at local charity shows and school plays.

Shaheen Jafargholi is not just a singer but also a marvellous actor, according to Mark Jermin the agent that discovered him.

Mark has known Shaheen since he was six, and told The Sun: “I realised he had an amazing voice but his first love has always been acting.

“He is a wonderful talent — and we are just so proud of him.”

He added: “There’s no doubt this is just the beginning.”

The principal of Dylan Thomas Community School has backed his pupil Shaheen Jafargholi to win this years Britain’s Got Talent.

The BBC quoted Robert Phillips as having described Shaheen as “very level-headed, mature, hardworking, sensible and sensitive”.

Mr Phillips said: “He takes his focused approach to performing to life in general.”

Shaheen was moved up a set in mathematics “because of his hard work and dedication” earlier this year.

Shaheen wowed the judges and the public on Saturday night’s talent show with his version of ‘Who’s Loving You’. His video has become a huge hit on YouTube and nhas caused bookies to say that the competition is no longer the one horse race people may have been hoping for.

Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg, said: “We’d resigned ourselves to this year’s series being a one-horse race.

“But Shaheen has changed all of that and punters can’t get enough of him. He’s been backed to the hilt, especially in Wales, and if it continues Susan’s favouritism could come under threat.”

12 year old Shaheen Jafargholi has become Britain’s Got Talent second YouTube sensation this year.

Shaheen had a false start on Saturday night’s show when Cowell stopped his performance of ‘Valerie’ and told him to sing his second choice instead. However when he continued to sing a remarkable rendition of Who’s Lovin’ You, the Motown classic once sung by Michael Jackson.

13 million people have already watched Shaheen’s YouTube video, however some gave been complaining that Simon moving him onto his second song was a bit of a fix considering that Shaheen played the young Michael Jackson in the musical Thriller Live.

On tomorrow night’s Britian’s Got Talent we will meet a little boy with a huge dream

“I’m Shaheen, I turned 12 yrs old last week and I live in Swansea with my mum and cat”

Shaheen is here with his single mum Karen who is his biggest fan and both hope the song he’s prepared today will blow the Judges away

“I’m singing Valerie by Amy Winehouse, as it’s one of my favourite songs to sing, I sing it at family occasions, and my Grandad really loves it”

Shaheen chats to Ant & Dec and then walks on stage, can this little boy make his and his mums dreams come true?

He starts singing Valerie by Amy Winehouse but halfway through Simon stops him despite the audience obviously enjoying his performance.

“You got this really wrong” says Simon

“What do you sing apart from that?” asks Simon

“I can also sing Who’s Loving You by Michael Jackson” says a nervous Shaheen, “Do you wanna give that a go?” asks Simon

Shaheen starts singing his second song – the audience immediately stand up with applause, Simon has the biggest grin on his face much to Ant & Dec’s amusement who are standing at the side of the stage

But is making Simon grin from ear to ear and a standing ovation from the Cardiff audience enough to take Shaheen to next round?
