Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she thinks Cheryl Cole will be “great” on the new American version of ‘The X Factor‘.
Although the new judging panel has not yet been officially confirmed, Osbourne believes the ‘Promise This’ singer – who replaced her on the UK reality TV show – will win over the American public, despite her incredibly thick Geordie accent.
She said: “Americans won’t understand a bl***y word of unadulterated Geordie. But with a little help – and those gorgeous Bambi eyes – she’ll win the audience over. Cheryl will be great.

Sharon Osbourne has finally made the decision to settle a battery and negligence lawsuit brought against her by Megan Hauserman.
The former X Factor judge was facing a court battle after the blonde bombshell claimed that she scratched and pulled her hair in December 2008 on ‘Rock of Love: Charm School’, however, she settled the case on the eve of the trial on Sunday (13.02.11).
Megan – who was suing for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress – had claimed Sharon lost her temper during a recording of the VH1 series about etiquette and manners after the former Playboy model insulted Sharon’s husband Ozzy Osbourne.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have revealed that they like to have sex at least five times a week.
Despite being married for 28 years and having three grown-up children together, the couple are keen to keep the spark in their relationship alive by getting frisky between the sheets on a regular basis.
When asked if it was true he made love to the former X Factor judge five times a week on TV show ‘The Talk’ – on which his spouse is a host – Ozzy replied: “Yeah, too right we do. What’s wrong with that?!”
As well as having an active and fulfilling sex life, Ozzy also revealed he is quite romantic at home and often cries at moving films.

Dannii Minogue has admitted that she wouldn’t mind if Simon Cowell brought Sharon Osbourne back to The X Factor.
The glamorous women have conducted a very public feud through the media, since Osbourne left the ITV show in 2008. She recently returned to assist Louis Walsh at his judges houses venue and Dannii reignited the feud last year, when she described Mrs O as a bully in her new autobiography.
However, insiders say Cowell is planning a shake up of the show this autumn, which may see Osbourne returning to the famous judging panel. Dannii insists this wouldn’t bother her.

Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she thinks Nicole Scherzinger would be a better choice than Cheryl Cole for the American X Factor series.
Sharon judged on the show until 2008, when she resigned after a series of rows with Dannii Minogue. Rumours have been rife that Simon Cowell will be asking her replacement, Cheryl Cole, to join him on his new American version of the show, but Osbourne thinks that Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger would be a wiser choice.

Sharon Osbourne has hit out at former X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd, saying that she hasn’t yet earned the right to behave like a diva.
The 58 year old star sensationally quit as a judge on the ITV show in 2008, after a series of clashes with Dannii Minogue, but still enjoys keeping up to date with it’s dramas and stars.

Former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne is all set to replace Piers Morgan on Britain’s Got Talent, is has been reported.
Sharon currently sits alongside Piers on the panel of America’s Got Talent and when the former newspaper editor announced that he was leaving the UK version of the hit TV show, it seemed natural that he would be succeeded by the fiery Mrs O.

Former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she does have bullying tendencies.
Dannii Minogue previously accused Osbourne of picking on her when she first joined the panel of the ITV show. Describing what it was like sitting beside Sharon each week, Dannii wrote in her autobiography:
“I felt as if I was back at primary school, when I was forced to sit next to the school bully, Fat Billy.”

Dannii Minogue is reportedly planning to leave The X Factor, after Simon Cowell revealed plans to bring back Sharon Osbourne for this year’s final.
