X Factor 2011: Sinead O’Connor hits out at Mr Nasty Gary Barlow

Sinead O’Connor has blasted Take That star Gary Barlow, saying that she hates the way he looks at people on The X Factor.

And we thought Simon Cowell was the nasty one!

The Irish singer admitted that she tunes in to watch the ITV show but would never let any of her children audition for it, because of the way contestants are treated by the celebrity mentors.

X Factor: Sinead O’Connor would like to go on the show but her sex life is too public!

We reported as far back as 2009 that Sinead O’Connor admitted that if she was starting over again she would definitely enter a show like the X Factor. We think that the producers would have something to say about the recent raunchy behaviour of the Nothing Compares to You singer.

Speaking to The Observer O’Connor said:

“If I was starting out now I’d go on a TV talent show.

“I’ve often thought about going to an X Factor audition in disguise to see if I got anywhere. I’d be gutted if I didn’t.”

O’Connor spilt some details of her sex life that had us screaming for her to shut up – so we are obviously now going to pass the details on to you, you do not have to thank us!

Sinead has her own blog and she recently wrote an article bemoaning her lack of sexual activity. It was entitled “Is Sinead About to Hump Her Truck”.
