Stavros Flatley and Shaheen Jafagholi have been voted into Saturday night’s Britain’s Got Talent final.
The fact that Stavros got through on the public vote should be no surprise. They were huge hits after their first audition, they were hilarious tonight and they secured the golden last performer slot.
The judges were then asked to choose between Shaheen and MD Showgroup. Simon opted for the dance group whilst the other two judges backed 12 year old Shaheen Jafagholi. For the first time this week it seems as if the right acts made it through to the final and I can’t tell you how much I would love Stavros to win the whole show. I think the Queen would love them too.

Father and Son act Stavros Flatley have most likely not made the finals of Britain’s Got talent.
Stephen Mulhern made a slip up during an appearance on This Morning saying: “I’d love to see Stavros Flatley in. They were brilliantly funny — but sadly I don’t think they will be.”
Host Fern Britton asked if that meant the dad and son are not in the finals.
Steve replied: “Um — they might be. Oh come on! I’m going to get in so much trouble.”

Unreality TV was granted a sneak peek at this weeks launch episode of Britain’s Got Talent and the show moved us to laughter and tears in equal measures.
One of the most entertaining acts of the night had to be father and son act ‘Stavros Flatley.’ The act consists of Demetrios Demetriou and his son Lagi.
The pair arrive on stage like two cheeky chappies and tell the judges that they are going to perform some authentic greek dancing as their audition piece. We expected to see some fiery plate smashing action, what we actually got was a chubby pair engaging in a strange Irish type jig routine which was nothing short of hilarious. There were man boobs a plenty and corny moves galore, but when Simon told the pair that they were one of his favourite dance acts ever, you knew they’d done well.
