Steve Strange has admitted that he has attended meetings about possibly entering the Celebrity Big Brother house this year.
It had previously been reported that the former 80′s popstar would be joining the lineup of the reality TV show when it launches on Channel 5 later this month.
Speaking to Wales Online about the rumours the Visage frontman confessed that he has held meetings with BB executives and the last he heard, he had made their final 20 shortlist.

Steve Strange has reportedly been signed up for the new series of Celebrity Big Brother.
When the popular reality TV series debuts on Channel 5 next month, insiders tell The Daily Star that the 80′s popstar will be on the lineup, reportedly joining Kerry Katona and her former drug addict mother, Sue.
Steve – real name Steven John Harrington – is best known as the lead singer and frontman of the 1980s pop group Visage. Since the late 1970s he has also been a prominent nightclub host and promoter.

Former New Romantics singer Steve Strange is said to have been a last minute addition to the Celebrity Big Brother lineup.
The show kicks off tonight but Steve is thought to have only signed up for the series within the last few days.
A source told The Sun: “He’s not a huge name like LaToya Jackson but he’s a zany character and that’s what Big Brother is all about.
