Is it just a coincidence that Simon Cowell can’t seem to attract or keep judges for his reality shows lately? I don’t think so!
After months of trying to replace Destiny’s Child singer, Kelly Rowland, on the X Factor since she left the show last year, Cowell has been linked to several names with regards to the fourth and vacant judging seat on the popular singing show, with no appointment being made, resulting in the audition stages being started with a string of guest judges, some of which have been questionable at best.
And who would wonder why, given that the career expectancy of a judge on one of his shows is approximately 1 series, or week in Cheryl Cole’s case, with the likes of Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and Cole all sacked during or by the end of their first series in the hot seat in the X Factor USA.
But now, it would seem, that he has more to worry about than just the empty X Factor seat, which was even turned down by former judge, Dannii Minogue after details of her affair with the reality puppeteer were highlighted in his unofficial tell-all biography, Sweet Revenge: The intimate life of Simon Cowell, penned by Tom Bower, as Britain’s Got Talent Judge, Alesha Dixon, is reportedly throwing a bit of a wobbly too!

As you’re probably aware, last week, The Sun ran a serialization of Tom Bower’s controversial biography, Sweet Revenge – The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, which exposed all manner of tawdry secrets about the X Factor boss.
However, in response to Simon and his PR man Max Clifford claiming that Bower’s book is unauthorized and that Simon had did not collaborate with him in writing it, Bower has claimed that in fact, Simon cooperated fully and was well aware of what was going into the biography.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Bower said that Simon first approached him after learning he was writing the book.
He said, “Subsequently, I accepted his offer of co-operation. After May 2011, we met regularly in London and LA or spoke for hours on the telephone at all times of the day and night.”
He went on, “Cowell answered my questions in his own fashion and did arrange for me to meet several members of his family and some friends… Read more & comment »
