United We Stand is a hip hop dance group which is made up of 14 members. The group have entered a number of UK and world dance competitions and although they have placed in the final, they are yet to win any major competitions but have high hopes that BGT will be their opportunity to prove themselves and win. The group rehearse together three or four times a week at a dance space in East London and the group describe themselves as a big family and like to socialise together whenever they aren’t dancing.

United We Stand closed tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent show and what an impression they made on the judges.
The London based dance crew – aged between 17-25 – told Ant and Dec before their audition:
“Ever since the announcement that the Olympics would be hosted in our town town, it has given us the inspiration and drive to push ourselves as much as we can.
We have been together for six or seven years. Some of us are accountants, surveyors, parents and when we get out on the stage we know we only have one chance to do this and we really want to impress Simon Cowell.”

Amanda Holden may have recently claimed that she was getting sick of dance crews on Britain’s Got Talent but it seems that some of her fellow judges don’t agree.
On tonight’s episode of the ITV show, London based dance crew ‘United We Stand’ will be featured wowing the panel – with guest judge Carmen Electra in Amanda’s place – with their tight and smooth routine.
