Style icon Victoria Beckham is rumoured to be in talks with US TV networks about taking part in a new reality TV series.
The Americans have fallen in love with Gordon Ramsay, and his TV series Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares. TV bosses are said to be head hunting Beckham for a similar show, where she helps failing fashion boutiques.
A source told The Daily Star: “Gordon’s tough love with US chefs and workers has gone down really, really well with Fox. They’ve been looking for a big personality to help extend the genre to a new discipline and they lighted upon Victoria.”
The insider added: “They want her to visit some boutiques and beauty pageants in real backwater towns and try to whip them into chic shape.”

After her reality show bombed and the reception of her family was lukewarm at most, reports suggest that Victoria Beckham is planning to leave the States next year and return to the UK.
A source close to Beckham told the Daily Star: “David is keen to stay loyal to LA Galaxy and stick it out - but Victoria is more practical.
“She’s realistic enough to know she’s probably got a year to make it big in America and she won’t worry about walking away. Read more & comment »

The film crew that are currently following ex Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham for her American Reality TV show, have branded her a “grade-A bitch”.
A show insider told Britain’s Star magazine: “We think she’s full of herself and not very nice. She’s very picky, demanding and rude. And she was mean to the assistants, too.
“She waltzes around with her icy attitude. People will walk up to her and say, ‘Welcome to America’, or, ‘Good luck with the move’, and se doesn’t even stop to talk to them.
“The show is designed to make her a star in the States, but she’s dreaming if she thinks that’s going to happen. She’s coming off as a grade-A bitch!”

The Beckhams Go To Hollywood will examine what the future holds for the Beckhams as they quit Madrid for a new life in Hollywood. The Beckhams are moving to LA, but in the city of a million stars just how high is theirs in the firmament? Have the Beckhams achieved A-list status or do they have a bit of a way to go before they make the grade? Comedian Iain Lee is on a mission to find out. With the help of the UK’s best Beckham look-a-likes, Andy Harmer and Camilla Shadbolt, and with advice from Hollywood’s top society experts, Iain will be posing as the Beckham’s PA in their new-found home-city in an attempt to find out how LA feels about the Beckhams? Will they love them, loathe them or will they not have a clue who they are? Are they really power players in their new home, or just another immigrant couple trying to buy into the dream in the city of angels? The Beckhams Go To Hollywood will broadcast exclusively on Sky One on Monday 30 April at 10.00pm.
“David and Victoria will be welcomed with open arms by LA. We’re nothing but gracious to new stars. We love them, but we eat them up and spit them out.”
Jeffrey Jolson, Editor, Hollywood Reporter
Across the hour Iain pulls out all the stops to test the Beckhams A-list star power, including some good old fashioned cherry knocking, a 15-seat stretch hummer and a 10-strong celebrity entourage which seems to deliver the superstar sucker-punch on the streets of Beverly Hills. Does the Beckham name open doors or get them slammed shut in their face? We’ll find out as Iain attempts to shut down a store for some personal shopping Beckham style, purchase a $300,000 Lambourghini and get a table at The Ivy for the Beckhams and their entourage, all at a moments notice.
The Beckhams Go To Hollywood takes us from the paparazzi garnished sidewalks of Beverly Hills to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and from the mean streets of Carson City to the velvet rope of LA’s most exclusive nightspots. Iain will push things to the limit with his superstar celebrity demands.
The Beckhams Go To Hollywood will include interviews with Hollywood’s top society experts including image consultant Genelle Brooks, paparazzi David Aguilera and Patt Shipp from The National Enquirer.
The Beckhams Go To Hollywood will broadcast exclusively on Sky One on Monday 30 April at 10.00pm.

News from across the Atlantic suggests that Victoria Beckham’s new reality show for NBC, may be cancelled before it has even aired.
It turns out that Victoria couldn’t manage to persuade any of her new celebrity friends, such as Tom Cruise, Katy Cruise, John Travolta or Jennifer Lopez, to appear on camera with her. David Beckham won’t even be in the show, so it will feature only Victoria, shopping and house hunting…BORING!
‘So far, all that’s been filmed is Victoria house-hunting and her quest to find schools for the kids, which hardly makes scintillating viewing,’ one source claims. ‘David and Victoria are not well known out there and they have not yet been able to convince any of their celebrity friends to come on.’

The Sunday Express reports today that Victoria Beckham’s new reality show, due to be screened in the US, won’t be so real after all.
Each show will be loosely scripted, with both of the Beckhams expected to learn their lines and their bodyguard will actually be a professional actor, hired to spice things up.
I know this reeks of deception but to be honest, I am with the NBC executives on this one. The Beckhams are BORING! Who wants to watch Victoria pout for an entire series, only the insomniacs amongst us I would wager. The end result of this show may not be real, but it might just be fun!

American TV network NBC have reportedly offered Victoria Beckham $10 million for her new reality TV show. The show will focus on Victoria’s move to America as her husband David joins the Los Angeles Galaxy Football Team.
The deal was brokered by Victoria’s agent Simon Fuller, who stated:
“The Americans were falling over themselves to sign Victoria up for a TV show, but we had to choose the right deal for her. NBC won out in the end as they have really taken a shine to Vic’s hilarious sense of humour and they want to capitalise on this. She is a funny lady and this new series will show this to the world.”
