WAGS Boutique: Krystell Sidwell Britains Favourite WAG!

Last night saw the ITV2 Tv series WAGS Boutique draw to a close. Bows Boutique were the winning team, and Krystell Sidwell was crowned Britain’s Favorite WAG.

She said: “I feel fantastic. I was never in this to win for myself, I was in it for the team to win, so to be chosen by the viewers for the most popular WAG title is a complete surprise. I’m overwhelmed”.

WAGS Boutique: Bows Boutique Win!

After 13 weeks of tears, tantrums, break-ups and broken nails as rival shops, Bows and Better Half battled it out, the final whistle has blown on WAGs Boutique and Bows was declared the winner.

As the shop which made the most money, Bows was rewarded with the profits from both boutiques to give to their chosen charity – Great Ormond Street Hospital. A staggering total of £362,529.88. This money will fund two rooms in the Octav Botnar wing. One will be used for children with orthopaedic conditions such as scoliosis and the other will be a medical day care centre.
Bows has had a successful 11 weeks of trading, selling out of their specially designed Great Ormond Street hooded sweatshirts in the first 2 weeks and sparked a new fashion craze which lead to daily queues outside their boutique.

Better Half had also designed a range of tops to raise money for their chosen charity and despite losing their profits to Bows, they were able to keep the profits made from their charity collection and present The Willow Foundation, with £89,456.90. Read more & comment »

WAGS Boutique: Nicola T Means Business!

ITV2’s reality TV show WAGS Boutique challenge may be coming to and end, but the whole experience has inspired Nicola T to move into the retail world for real.

The page 3 model told The Sun: “Even though the show is coming to an end, it is the beginning of something else.”

“Thanks to the huge success of the Great Ormond Street hoodies, I’m going to carry on selling them!”

Nic has now gone into partnership with the charity to continue looking after their merchandise.

Nicola added: “I’m also in talks about keeping one of the shops on after the show has ended.

“There are five WAGS who want to carry on in business, so fingers crossed.”

WAGS Boutique: WAGS In Meltdown Mode As They Reach Half Time

WAGS BoutiqueNICOLA T BECOMES MANAGER OF THE OPPOSITION

The girls latest challenge ‘Yummy Mummy’ is revealed by Isabelle Oliver. Charlotte Meares is sick and unable to attend. Each team has to stock and promote 100 items of maternity wear. They are only allowed to sell between 9am and 6pm on Friday 23rd March. The team that makes the most profit wins.

The shop managers are chosen: Better Half= Jadene and Bows= Nicola.

This week the managers aren’t allowed to nominate themselves for the Yummy Mummy challenge. Manager Jadene decides that Elle and Heather will do the challenge and manager Nicola decides that Julie and Krystell will do the challenge.

The girls have an extra surprise. The managers have to swap teams this week! Manager Jadene moves over to Bows and manager Nicola now works for Better Half. And to add insult to injury, proceeds of every sale they make will go to their new teams. Read more & comment »

WAGS Boutique: WAGs In Meltdown!

It’s halfway through the TV series of WAGs Boutique and the girls are struggling to cope with the demands of running Bows and Better Half.

Cassie was voted shop manager of the week by ITV2 viewers and sloped off home with a dodgy stomach on her first day running the shop. Jadene summed it up more succinctly: “Cassie has the runs so had to go home. She’s frightened she will sh*t herself in the shop, she keeps cacking herself.” Classy!

Nicola T broke down in tears on Saturday saying the show was tearing her and West Ham striker Bobby Zamora apart. She never gets to see him and when she does he is “grumpy” and “she had enough” of being on the show. Not even a visit to the shop by her mum could cheer glum Nicola up.

Elle had a mini breakdown as she is really missing her family and finding it hard being away from them so much. She also feels like she doesn’t matter in the shop and feels left out. She really wanted to be picked for the latest challenge and is depressed that she has yet to be voted shop manager by the public.

As usual, Michaela ran the shop like a true professional, refusing to open the doors to Bows on Saturday when she saw the size of the queue waiting to get in. She spent five minutes at the door saying “I don’t want to open” and there are big cheers from the crows when she finally does…

WAGS Boutique: WAGS Spiral Out Of Control

Thursday AM

Bows brag about winning the NOW magazine fashion shoot. All girls hold a NOW magazine with their winning pictures in it and start chanting “2-1” to Better Half. Better Half are not happy.

The girls latest challenge is revealed by top make up artist Gemma Kidd. They have to choose and sell a range of vintage clothing on their very own market stall in Portobello Road. The stall that makes the most profit wins.

Shop manager are chosen: Better Half= Charlotte Meares and Bows= Julie Phillips. Manager Charlotte decides that Jadene and Elle will do the challenge and manager Julie decides that Nicola and Krystell will do the challenge

The challenge teams head off to choose their vintage stock and talk tactics.

Meanwhile, Better Half and Bows arrive at shops and the managers hold a meeting to lay out a few ground rules before opening time. But things don’t go according to plan. Michaela doesn’t listen and starts writing on Julie’s white board. And Cassie and Heather gang up on Charlotte and run out of the shop. Julie tries to cope and Charlotte chases after Heather and Cassie to tell them to stop being so mean.

40 minutes late both shops finally open, but can the managers keep their staff in check?

Thursday PM

Bows: Julie is feeling the pressure of becoming manager and is getting very little support; Michaela leaves the till unattended with lots of customers waiting and resorts to hiding in a cardboard box….Michaela loses it more and more and poor Julie just can’t control her.

Better Half: Cassie reads out a fan letter she has been sent from prison!

Challenge teams arrive at the WAGs emporium to choose all the stock they need to sell on their stall. Its first come first served and the girls rummage through the stock, try on some of the clothes and perform a fashion show. Nicola steals a bag from Better Half, but gives it back and all is resolved- the girls leave with 86 items each.

Better Half: Charlotte still can’t get Cassie and Heather under control.

Bows: Julie calls an end of day meeting to discuss how they improve the running of their shop. The girls decide to come to work at 9.30am from now on to clean and get their shop ready for the day.

Friday AM

Bows: arrive at 930am and clear up shop.

Better Half: Charlotte holds a stock meeting – they need to buy more….

While relaxed Bows open up, Jadene tells the girls she is pregnant (more to follow.)

Bows: With the high demand for their Great Ormond Street charity hoodies, Maddy has found that people are selling them on ebay for £250- the girls aren’t happy because the money isn’t going to their charity.

Challenge team price up their vintage stock. Krystell has a phobia against vintage clothing.

Friday PM

Cassie has gone missing and Charlotte doesn’t know where she is. But what an unsuspecting Charlotte doesn’t know is that Cassie has cheekily hooked up with Jadene for a three hour leisurely lunch. When the girls finally come back they all have a big argument and Charlotte starts crying. Jermaine Defoe and Marc Bircham both come to the shops to meet Charlotte and Jadene- but there’s no one there to meet Cassie…

Saturday AM- Challenge day

Challenge girls arrive bright and early (more of the early and less of the bright) at Portobello Market to set up their stalls, and while a resourceful Jadene enlists the help of a passing trader, Nicola disappears for a bit while Krystell can only watch on in horror.

Back at the shops it’s a busy day with record queues right around the block for Bows. It’s good news for Better Half too though as they have their very first queue. Cassie reflects on her argument with Charlotte yesterday, and in Bows the stress of being shop manager is starting to build for Julie. Against Julie’s orders, Micheala leaves the shop to get herself some food

At the market Better Half make their first sale, but things are proving slightly more difficult for Bows as no-one seems interested in their stock. With QPR only around the corner Jadene is benefiting from local support but finally Bows make their first sale.

Shops… Julie tries to enforce her shop manager rules on a very unruly Michaela. Meanwhile Better Half are having a good day and a little girl presents the girls with a poem that she’s written especially for the shop.

Challenge… Better half are learning the art of haggling, and Bows are having trouble giving their stock away!!

Shops… Michaela continues playing up to Julie and leaves the shop to have her nails done at Better Half, causing Julie to break down, sobbing to Nicola on the phone.

Challenge… Nicola wants to go home but Krystell is determined to keep going. They slash prices and finally start selling even though the rain keeps pouring

Tempers hit boiling point at Bows when Michaela erupts after finding out that Julie tells Nicola and Krystall to go home rather than going back to the shop, resulting in Julie and Michaela have a massive row in front of a packed shop and Michaela storming off with her suitcase!

WAGS Boutique: Charlotte Mears gets Green Eyes

Charlotte Mears, who is currently appearing in ITV2’s Wags Boutique, has complained to The Sun and another celebrity magazine that she finds it hard coping with all the female attention that her boyfriend, Spurs striker Jermain Defoe, receives.

Charlotte moaned: “Girls are always falling at his feet.”

She added: “You’ve got to know you’ve got a strong relationship and they’re coming home to you at the end of the night.

“Someone even asked for Jermain’s number while I was with him!”

The nerve!

WAGS Boutique: Danielle Lloyd Thinks She Chose The Wrong Show!

In tonight’s episode, the girls at WAGs Boutique have a surprise visitor. Celebrity Big Brother’s infamous Danielle Lloyd popped into the boutiques last Friday afternoon for some retail therapy. Starting off in Bows, Danielle browsed the racks for the popular Great Ormond Street hoodies. She left after spending a total of £140.98 before popping next door.

Danielle maxed out her credit card in Better Half, spending a grand total of £549.99!

Jadene Bircham, who has just revealed she is pregnant, chatted to Danielle downstairs, asking her if she knew any of the girls next door in Bows:

“I know Nicola obviously cos she goes out with Bobby (Zamora) but I don’t really speak to her. To be honest I didn’t really know many of the girls, just Charlotte who I’d met a few months before I went into the dreaded house,” said a giggling Danielle.

“That’s alright, its one of those things innit,” responded Jadene. Read more & comment »

WAGS Boutique: Michaela Henderson-Thynne And Her Cheating Boyfriend!

WAGS Boutique

Michaela Henderson-Thynne told the girls in the WAGS Boutique about her split with England and Middlesbrough star Stewart Downing in a recent episode, but what she didn’t know was that her boyfeiend of four years, not only cheated on her, but had a secret baby as well.

The millionaire footballer only discovered that he had a daughter when nursery boss Donna Moloney knocked on his parents door and introduced the baby as their granddaughter.

A friend of Michaela’s told The Sun “When she found out Stuart not only had a daughter but had cheated on her during their relationship, she was distraught. She’s been in floods of tears. Everything she thought she knew about the romance was a lie.”

WAGS Boutique: Nicola T Declares Her Love For Bobby Zamora

WAGS Boutique

I read an article in the Sun today in which WAGS Boutique contestant Nicola T has declared her love for her boyfriend of two years, Bobby Zamora.

She tells of all the expensive presents which Bobby has bought for her, but claims that the most important gift of all was when he paid for a complicated operation on Nicola’s ovaries in a bid to assure the two could start a family together one day.

It’s nice to see that its not all about shoes, clothes and jewellery isn’t it!

WAGS Boutique: Nicola T Lashes Out At Lyn Gardner

WAGS Boutique

Nicola T has spoken to The Sun today and lashed out at WAGS Boutique mentor Lyn Gardner.

Nicola was furious with Lyn during last nights show, when an argument broke out over whether The Better Half really deserved to win this weeks challenge.

Nicola said: “She was having a go at me saying all I did was get my t*** out for a living and I just lost it with her. I’m proud of being in The Sun. She’s just jealous because she looks like mutton dressed as lamb.

WAGS Boutique: Better Half Boutique Win Challenge

Charlotte Meares RingCharlotte shows off her £63,000 engagement ring

At London Fashion Week, Charlotte revealed to the girls that boyfriend Jermain had proposed to her the night before – Valentine’s Day. Better Half win stock from Liverpool boutique Cricket

The girls were set this week’s challenge by Justine Mills, the owner of the original WAGs Boutique – Cricket. The Liverpool shop is a regular shopping haunt of Coleen McLoughlin, Alex Curran and Abbey Clancy. Justine chose 15 up and coming designers from London Fashion Week and the girls from Bows and Better Half had to decide which designer they wanted to stock in their shops. The winning boutique would be the shop that made the most profit by 6pm on Saturday 17 February.

It wasn’t long before Bows sold out of their reasonably priced ‘Elbow’ bags and it looked as if they would win yet another challenge! Better Half took a little longer to sell the expensive jewellery they had chosen but in the end, emerged victorious. The shops have now won a challenge each. Better Half were given £2,000 worth of clothes from Cricket to sell in their boutique at 100% profit. The clothes will go on sale this Thursday. The competition between the two shops is really starting to heat up as the competition becomes more intense each week. Read more & comment »

WAGS Boutique: Pinks Hoodie Becomes HUGE Success For BOWS Boutique

WAGS Boutique

Forget London Fashion Week, Bows Boutique is where all the fashionistas have been heading this week!

The Wags Boutique store has been deluged by queues of eager shoppers today. All were anxious to get their hands on an unlikely fashion item which has completely sold out due to high demand after the WAGs were seen wearing them on their TV show.

The charity hooded sweatshirts designed by Nicola T for Great Ormond Street have become the latest must have. Hundreds of customers from across the country were queuing in their droves to pre-order the coveted hoodie which has had to be rush produced to meet the demand.

Here at Unreality TV we have had hundreds of comments and enquiries from all of you wanting to know if there is a way to get your hands on one of these jumpers without visiting the shops. Well we contacted the girls on your behalf and unfortunately they are much too busy to manage a mail or online ordering system. So if you can’t get down to BOWS boutique, then you aren’t going to get one I’m afraid!

WAgs Boutique: BOWS Boutique Win First Day Trading!

WAGS Boutique

Its week three in ITV2’s WAGS Boutique competition and things are beginning to hot up.

Bows win the battle of first day’s trading

With the shops attracting customers in their droves, Bows emerge victorious from the first day of trading. They took a grand total of £2,048 while Better Half racked up £1,898. Even at this early stage the competition between the two shops is heating up!

Better Half Girls Targeted in Break In

The girls at Better Half were in for more bad news when they arrived at work the next day to find their newly opened boutique had been broken into overnight. The police believe the thieves are a “crack team of boutique raidersâ€? who target shops around Bond Street. It is the first time the burglars have targeted a shop outside this area. Jadene Bircham (wife of QPR’s Marc Bircham), Charlotte Mears (girlfriend of Spurs Jermain Defoe), Cassie Sumner (ex girlfriend of Chelsea’s Michael Essien) Heather Swan (soon to be Mrs Michael Chopra, Cardiff) and Elle Isaac (girlfriend of Crystal Palace’s Paul Ifill), were left feeling scared and vulnerable following the burglary. Rival shop Bows next door was left untouched. Read more & comment »
