Lee McQueen Wins Apprentice 2008
Tonight’s Apprentice result was a bit of a shocker for me, as I fully expected Claire Young to win.
Even after Lee and Claire won the aftershave challenge it seemed that she still had the upper hand as she had delivered such an amazing presentation and kept her cool throughout the task.
But tonight Sir Alan preferred Lee McQueen and although I was rooting for loud mouthed Claire, I can see the business strengths and talents that Lee possesses. I like that he is savvy without ever having the benefit of a priveledged education,
I suppose after reading that last paragraph I can kind of see why Sir Alan chose him…….

I thought Claire was going to win it too. She just doesn’t flinch at anything, a real tough cookie. I’m glad Lee won though. When he led a team it was a pleasure to watch. He’s a genuine and enthusiastic guy, good luck to him.
Apparently Lee is doing the best out of all of the previous winners with Alan’s business. I didnt think he’d do it at the start of the series as he was a bit raw and too agressive. Looks like education and being nice only plays a small part of the success factor!
