The Apprentice: Did Claire Young Cheat?

Apprentice hopeful, Claire Young, has been accused of cheating by a fellow team mate.

The gobby retail buyer has been accused of cheating during a recent ’supercars’ task, in which the final six contestants have to try and rent out ’super expensive’ cars to members of the public.

Claire has been accused of making a number of phone calls to her friends off camera in a bid to drum up business, this would be a breach of Apprentice rules which state that all calls must be made on camera.

A show insider told The People: “The other contestant claims Claire made a couple of cheeky phone calls to mates. The others went up the wall.

“Claire pleaded her innocence to show bosses saying some of her jealous rivals had got the wrong end of the stick. In the end they believed her and no action was taken.”

The car task can be seen in the next episode of the show, on Tuesday night at 9.00pm.
