Poor old Arg has been a bit sown in the dumps, since he and Lydia Bright were seen splitting up on last week’s The Only Way Is Essex.

The chubby crooner can’t believe he is single again and was seen weeping over his breakup from the blonde beauty, on the last episode of the ITV2 show.

On tomorrow’s installment, James’ pals Diag and Joey Essex persuade him to have a fun day out roller-skating, in a bid to lighten his mood.

It seems to work and after a few hours of falling over, Argent tells the boys:

I’ve been feeling a bit sorry for myself recently but you two have proper cheered me up, and I won’t forget that.
