James ‘Arg’ Argent certainly has shed the pounds, judging by this picture, just released today. In it, the Only Way Is Essex star stripped naked and protected his modesty with just a well placed hat, Full Monty style and we have to admit, he doesn’t look half as chubby as we would have expected.

The crooner was promoting T-Mobile’s new ‘The Full Monty’ price plan for it’s mobile customers and was joined in the photo shoot by his friends Dan Fisher, Tommy Smith, Tim Langer and Mark Wright’s cousin Georgie Wright.

James is probably hoping that the cheeky shot will be enough to win back the heart of his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright, who he was seen splitting from in the first episode of series four on Sunday.

Argent was heartbroken by the break up and after a heart to heart with her mum, Debbie Douglas, turned up unexpectedly to a girls night out being held for Lydia’s birthday. However he was apprehended by Mark Wright’s ex Lauren Goodger, who shouted and called him a “selfish ar*ehole”.

He hit back and told her to ‘shut up’ before implying that she had drank too many cocktails and sources told The Sun that she is now demanding an apology from the singer and standing in the way of a possible reconciliation between him and Lydia.

There is always a drama!
