Gemma Collins has been hitting the headlines again.

The TOWIE star was featured on last night’s summer special episode of ‘The Only Way is Marbs’, showing off her curvy body in a skimpy swimsuit.

The buxom blonde has been battling with her weight, ever since she joined The Only Way Is Essex during it’s second series and for much of that time she has had the hots for her co-star James ‘Arg’ Argent.

However, he revealed recently that he would never date her because of her larger than average dress size, so during the cast’s trip to Marbella she decided to show him what he was missing.

The plus size model stripped down to a black swimsuit and strutted in front of Lydia Bright’s ex, shouting:

‘You ain’t getting this candy.’

Brave!

Gemma told the chubby crooner that she was happy and confident with her body and wouldn’t be changing for him or any other man. It was a very inspiring girl power moment, however the reaction on Twitter to her antics were largely negative.

One user rather cruelly tweeted:

‘Just watched marbs on catch up wow @missgemcollins your a fat mess you make me wanna puke #leaveoff’

Another wrote:

‘I just threw up gemma collins u absolute monsta’

A third blasted:

‘One of the most disturbing moments on tv as of late. Didnt know there are whales in Marbella.’

However, there was some support for Collins and one fan messaged her saying:

‘So glad Gemma Collins shown Arg wot he is missin last night about time some one brought him down love it x’

Another supporter said:

‘Well proud of @missgemcollins after that! You go girl #TOWIE x’.
