The Voice: Jaz Ellington, Joelle Moses, Jessica Hammond favourites to win

Bookies are backing Joelle Moses as their favourite to win The Voice this year.

The BBC series moves into it’s Battle Rounds this weekend and the final forty acts will all have to pair up and fight it out for the last twenty places on the following live shows.

Predicted to shine and go on to triumph in the later stages are Joelle, Jaz Ellingon and Northern Irish star Jessica Hammond. However Unreality TV have heard that at least one of those singers was eliminated after their tense duet.

“Joelle is the current favourite but the weight of money for Jaz could make him favourite by Monday,” said William Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams.

This weekend, Joelle will be seen competing against former Basshunter support singer Jenny Jones. Jaz will perform alongside Jay Norton, while Jessica Hammond will perform with fellow show favourite Vince Kidd.

Some of the pairings to be featured on the double bill seem like they will be an easy choice for the coaches, but some will be much less clear cut and we wouldn’t have wanted to be in Jessie J, Will.i.am, Tom Jones or Danny O’Donoghue’s shoes when they were forced to each eliminate five acts from their teams.

Who do you think will shine this weekend? Well Young Apprentice star Harry Maxwell thinks he knows who has succeeded and who hasn’t. Check out who he predicts will make the final 20 here.
