The Voice Live show 1: Team Will.iam and Team Tom Jones song choices revealed!
In just one day’s time The Voice is going to be moving into it’s live shows and we have a list of all the songs that will be performed by the finalists.
On the first ever live episode of the hit TV talent series it will be Team Tom Jones vs Team Will.i.am and each of the final ten singers will get the chance to perform one song for the coaches and of course the public.
On Sunday night’s show, the results of the public vote will be revealed and Black Eyed Peas star Will along with Welsh legend Tom will have to pick one of their worst performing artists to send home from each of their teams.
As with any of these reality TV shows, it all hinges on song choice and one bad performance or unimpressive rendition can easily kill a person’s dream
So here is what the contestants and their mentors have chosen as their first song:
Team Tom
Leanne Mitchell: Who Knew by Pink
Adam Isaac: All My Life by Foo Fighters
Sam Buttery: A Little Respect by Erasure
Matt and Sueleen Fletcher: Go Your Own Way by Fleetwood Mac
Ruth Brown: Get Here by Oleta Adams
Team Will
Tyler James: Higher Love by Steve Winwood
Sophie Griffin: Titanium by David Guetta
Jaz Ellington: At Last by the late, great Etta James
Joelle Moses: I’m Going Down by Mary J Blige
Frances Wood: Ain’t Nobody by Chaka Khan
It has also been reported that the coaches will be performing a group number and have chosen ‘Beautiful Day’ by U2.
What do you think of the singers’ song choices and who do you think will shine? Also, who will possibly struggle to win the public over? Leave your comments below…
